Wednesday's Wasteland.

There are more important results we need to know about, than who the next president of the United States is. We have had to wait one whole extra day, just to see who gets the boot tonight on "Dancing with the Stars". I need to know that plastic-faced, stiff-jointed, non-rythmic, brittle boned, scrawny, no-talent, two left feet, cadaver dancer, Susan Lucci is gone. All will be right in my world when this old hag is sent back to daytime. Now that I'm done with my rant, can we make the jump.......

Here is the top 20 rated TV shows from Mr. Nielson for the week of Oct. 27th thru Nov. 2nd.

1. Obama's Infomercial on CBS, NBC & FOX: 25 million people watched. Maybe it worked?
2. World Series Game #5: It took three days for them to play one game. (19.1mil)
3. CSI still on top of the pile. Will it keep those ratings when Cowboy Curtis takes charge. (19.1mil)
4. Dancing with the Stars: Cloris' cha-cha was ratings gold! (18.9mil)
5. Dancing with the Stars Results: Cloris' cha-cha got her the heave-ho. (17.4mil)
6. NCIS: I don't watch this show because my old man likes it, so I know I won't. I'm apparently in the minority. (17.3mil)
7. Sunday Night Football (16.7mil)
8. The Mentalist: Still the only new show in the "top ten". (16.1mil)
9. Desperate Housewives: (no comment...whores) (15.9mil)
10. Grey's Anatomy: (15.3mil)

Our "Top Ten" wannabes": Now that the World Series & Presidential race are over, I'm sure some of these will be back up where they belong next week.

11. 60 Minutes: (14.3mil)
12. Criminal Minds: (14mil)
13. House: (13.5mil)
14. World Series: Game #5: Monday's game that got rained out. (13.2mil)
15. Survivor: Gabon: "The Tribe has spoken." (13mil)
16. The Simpsons: This was their Halloween episode that spoofed "Mad Men" and the election.(12.4mil)
17. Saturday Night Football: (12.2mil)
18. Without a Trace: (12.2mil)
19. Two and a Half Men: (repeat) Charlie still made the top 20 with a repeat. It's the only sitcom on this list. "30 Rock"s season premiere didn't even make it. Guess it was kinda stupid to put it on the 'net first. (11.9mil)
20. Cold Case: (11.7mil)

Lets get back into our ruts now. November is "Sweeps Month". You would think they could give us something good to watch! "TOP DESIGN" on BRAVO at 10pm tonight is airing their season finale & we will finally know who's "design we can live with". This show has been the brattiest, most ego-charged, competition show this season. The judges are just as outrageous as the competitors. What a fun & entertaining hour of TV. I'm going to miss it, but "Top Chef" is coming soon to a TV near you!

JustJesse:

I love The Cosby Show!! Hopefully we have that channel or I'm going to be really mad.

And I'm really glad to see The Mentalist is doing so well. My Mom and I love this show so far! :-)
