Yes, TVgasm is 11 months old. It’s hard to imagine just how far we’ve come in that time. Looking back at our first month of posts, I can’t believe how much the site has changed. While we once had to annoy our friends and family just to get any stats on the site, we now boast over 10,000 visitors a day.

As much as we like to congratulate ourselves for how funny we are, the thing that keeps TVgasm going is the readers. You encourage your friends and coworkers to read, you click on the banners to pay for our costs (although if some more of you did, that would be sweet), and you inspire us to keep going with all of your great feedback and comments.

But enough with all of that shit. In one month we will have been in existence for one year. To celebrate our first year on the earth, TVgasm is going to be holding a number of contests to give you readers more chances to win cool TVgasm stuff. I know most of you check 50 times a day, but in case you don’t, make sure and keep an eye out for your chance to win. As an added bonus, TVgasm readers will help choose some of the winners, who will be announced during our first year anniversary extravaganza! (pretend I had a straight face when I wrote that)

You really can’t lose when you go with TVgasm.

    my friend at work sent me this site a few months ago and my life has been so much better ever since. now myslef, and my co workers and family are completely addicted. I even read re caps for shows I don’t even watch! And most of the time I watch the show in anticipation of the re cap. I thank you from the bottom of my bored as heart for making my work day so much more enjoyable!!!

    Is that the new numbering system I heard about: 10,00? Where you can just put commas in numbers where ever you feel like?

    This site is so hilariously clever and snarky that I find myself incredibly attracted to the writers, whose faces I’ve never seen. Tell me – are any of you skinny boys who wear Buddy Holly glasses? Indie Rock Know-it-alls? Please, God, tell me you’re addicted to something . . . that would be so hot. Anyone want to walk all over me and leave me for a prettier girl? Anyone?

    Happy 11 month anniversary! Courtneymay, I also often think that the TVgasm crew must be hotboys! Just the fact that you guys are funny, creative, sharply intelligent, and have taken that and flipped it into an obvious labour of love is damn sexy in itself, without even knowing how you guys look.

    My co-workers wonder why they hear me laugh in my office when no one else is in here…then I have to tell them my dirty TVGAsm secret. I feel like a pusher – I’ve personally addicted three people to your site. Thanks everyone for all the fun the past 11 months….
