Last night, Miss America was on. And that was pretty much it. Interesting to see how much of an impact Avatar has had on our culture already.

Miss America: Chooch

“..there she is, Miss America..”. Well, they got it wrong again. Miss Tennessee was supposed to win, NOT Virginia, her eyes are too far apart! The girl told us to get off the couch, to quit watching TV & go outside & pick up a stick (she must have watched Jeff Probst’s show). That would cure all the little fat kids in the world.

I went out first thing this morning, intent on changing just one pudgy preteen’s life. I picked up, not just one stick, but two, that’s how determined I was… and nothing happened. I pick up another one & another one & still nada. I even broke a nail. Now that’s sacrifice! When I went back inside, I called my niece. Maybe I had helped her. I asked what she was doing. She was on the couch, watching TV. But ya know what… my pants are a little baggy now.
