I must confess you got me MYL. I saw your post before the jump and read the words “new host” and felt my knees go weak and my palms go sweaty. On the same night it became clear that we were losing Kayser (AGAIN!) to get news that Phil was leaving TAR was more than I could take.
Excuse me while I stumble to the kitchen for a stiff drink to get over the shock of that lil joke.

I’m a little worried about this family edition of TAR. Nothing is more disturbing than seeing psycho parents push their young children around like assholes making them do things they really don’t want to do and shouldn’t have to. And then making them feel bad when they lose.
How is the team with the 8 year old going to beat the teams of older people? I really hate family programming. Maybe I just won’t watch this TAR. Eeeek. TAR has gone down the tubes since season 4 anyway.
OMG, i love the amazing race even more now for the family edition because the one token black family is “The Black Family”….how awesome is that!
