Amazing Race

I’m currently toiling away on the latest Amazing Race recap, and while sometimes it can be a laborious process, it’s nice to know that while I’m writing about the Race, the Race is writing about us. Kind of. TVgasm reader Matt pointed us to an entry on CBS.com’s “Return of the Racers” page where none other than season nine victor BJ of the Hippies mentioned our very own blog, referring to us as “some gossip site.” Some gossip site indeed! Apparently, BJ was slightly miffed (unless it was all tongue and cheek) about the whole All-Star season news (that we broke here, natch). For the whole discussion, click here.     I read the return of the racers blog during break and I was extremely excited that tvgasm was mentioned!

    I was about to e-mail you guys but then my friend called and said that we were going for pizza.

    I’m glad someone else caught it!! :)

    Poor BJ, does he really believe that? BJ & Tyler are probably at the bottom of the list of people I would bring back for an All-Star season. The only team I would like to see again are John-Vito & Jill from season 3. I really liked those two.

    I’m pretty sure that was tongue and cheek like all of his posts. His posts are hilarious.

    I thought it was funny that they called you tvgasm a gossip site though. He probably visited the site around the time Tabloid Baby started posting.

    I was thrilled you got it up so soon.

    I think the hippies wouldn’t get too far on an ARAS…..the competition would be much tougher than their season. I was glad they won tho.

    Maybe it was those revealing photos you posted that has them miffed.

    Congrats on the infiltration! I am certain this is just the beginning of total TVgasm dominance. Now if you could just get rid of that pesky TabloidBaby all would be right with the world.
