Antonella Barba might be the shy, trembling waif on American Idol, but there’s definitely a crack in the facade. The New Jersey girl from Catholic University sure shows a different side in the creepingly more-explicit photos that are being doled out on the Internet every morning (we’d pegged the latest as being from NYC’s Central Park, but an eagle-eyed reader says she’s posing in the national WWII memorial in the Washington DC mall!). With many folks saying her survival through last night’s elimination was helped by the publicity, it’s only a matter of time before Idol producers make a move before they have another Frenchie scandal on their hands.

And now there’s an entire website dedicated to the Antonella collection.

    She’s not in Central Park in NYC, anyone from Washington, DC would recognize that fountain! Its the fountain at the World War II Memorial on the national mall! How disrespectful! It also makes sense since she goes to Cathlic University, which is in Washington, DC. Wish I was hanging out at the WWII Memorial on that evening!

    These look like they’re supposed to be modeling pics. Except she got a bad photographer. I’m sure once she gets kicked off, one of those men’s magazines will want to do a sexy photo shoot with her. She has a fantastic body.

    Anyway, I learned a while ago not to post these type of pics publicly. The mother of my boyfriend at the time saw my MySpace before she met me… that was a bad and lasting first impression.
