Tara’s a 21 year old bombshell from Kentucky who just won the Miss USA title, so can any of us blame her wanting a drink or ten? She’s here to set the record straight for all you haters out there after the jump!The partying, the lesbian kisses, and the cocaine use have earned Tara both enemies…
