CBS has officially confirmed what I, and all the others who watch the live feeds, already know. Evel Dick Donato is no longer on Big Brother 13.

Last night, after the Big Brother 13 show ended on the west coast, the live feeds came on and there was no Evel Dick. All the houseguests, even daughter Danielle, could not figure out where he was. They even thought it might be a new twist by the show’s producers. After 6 hours and still no sign of Evel Dick, Danielle became extremely agitated and demanded to know where her father was. Not out of concern for his health, but because he was her partner in the game. They finally let her into the diary room and when she finally came out, she had a “golden key”. She was told, “due to a personal matter, her father had to leave the game unexpectedly. It was not a family concern.” She was told he was already on a plane back to Colorado. She now has full immunity until there are only 10 people left in the house. She will not compete in any of the reindeer games, but sit idly by and pick her nose. Thanks DAD!

There is speculation as to why Evel Dick was abruptly evicted (or let go). Some say it was because of a video he made before he left for the Big Brother house. It was posted to RTVZone.com AFTER the show aired. Go here if you want to see it.  In it, he told of he and Danielle being chosen to go into the BB house.

CBS says it will address his departure on the episode that will air Wednesday, July 13th. What do you think happened to Evel Dick?

    I said this on the forum side, but I’m going to complain here too.

    CBS confuses me. Keith Richards’ Uglier Brother breaks his contract, and he gets the boot.

    But Little Russell breaks HIS contract (by leaking the boot order on Survivor,) and Jeff Probst nearly issues him yet another invitation (at the reunion show) to come back AGAIN.

    WTH?

    I didn’t start watching until a few seasons ago….so I don’t know ED, but I wonder if he did it slightly on purpose to help Danielle? Because now it guarantees her safety….It’s just a thought. :)

    Well, that was fast! And here I was 12 hours ago, wondering who he would be tormenting this season…

    @lrhflute-that’s doubtful; Evel Dick is not that selfless. He would’ve bullied anyone for her, but he won’t take himself out of the game on purpose to keep her safe from elimination…no way.

    If you listen to what he states in the video he not only revealed to his ‘buddies’ he was going into the house before he went he also was advertising his Dick Show he was planning to run from the backyard.
    Do you remember he stayed up late talking game crap during his season.

    Well, I’m disappointed, since I missed his original season and wanted to see what the hype is about. Although maybe now his daughter will smile once in a while.

    I find it hard buying this one though. And they should at least have brought someone new in to partner up with Danielle — sure, give them immunity for the first week, maybe. But as it is, they’ve effectively put her on the sidelines and screwed over Brenchel’s chances completely.

    As for the difference between BB and Survivor — isn’t this a producer’s decision, not CBS’s? Because yeah, I’d love it if Lil’ Russell was disqualified forever.

    I am stuck at home, bed-ridden, sick as a dog with a killer flu. And yet, taking into account my extreme hatred for this flea-ridden sack of shit, I am now giddy as a child on Christmas morning. I may just watch this season, after all.

    Last time I remembered, there was never any real evidence that Russ leaked all that info :P

    Oddly I belive Russ when he says he didnt do it :P Still think hes an ass though. lol

    itchy…the contract they sign is frrom CBS and their phalanx of lawyers. Therefore any violation of that contract is CBS’s concern.

    As for evidence against Russell, e-mails were produced which proved he was the leaker.

    From Morty’s TV: This Just in From One of Dick’s Peeps: “We at RTVZone only know that Dick had to leave the house due to an emergency with his girlfriend’s family. What it is, I don’t know, but there is NO truth to the rumors that he was kicked out.”

    Not sure how accurate this is, but it does explain why Daniele didn’t leave.

    Yeah, I’m pretty confident Dick would only leave of his own accord. They’d NEVER kick him out. I think he would definitely leave to help Danielle, though. In his season, he was sure he was going home, in order to save her. That was the sole reason for his nastiness (that one time….the other times were all him). If America hadn’t saved his ass, he would have left week 6 and Dani would have stayed.

    With all due respect to RTVZone, and things might have changed since season 2, but they didn’t even tell Monica about the 9/11 attacks and she had actual family that worked at WTC.

    Plus, I had the “pleasure” of seeing Dick and a woman I assumed was his mother (dressed like a retiree but had a surprisingly youthful face) and he looked like a piece of beef jerky in a wig and skinny jeans and pitched an adolescent fit at her. Here was a middle-aged man literally causing a scene like he was a petulant teen.

    I thought after a bit of dust settled they did pull Monica aside and tell her that something happened and her cousin was missing. She elected to stay in the house because she new her family could handle what was going on.
    Please tell me if I am completely wrong in this?

    They may have eventually told Monica but it would have been days after the fact, not hours because I remember reading the feed recaps and they just kept playing cards, looking for banners and being bored senseless for at least the first couple of days.

    I’m only sorry that we won’t get to watch him work his evel magic on Rachel! She certainly was a huge target for his rants and outbursts. That might have been fun!

    While I’m not a huge Evil Dick fan, I was looking forward to him tormenting Brendon & especially Rachel. I don’t think any other BB player has ever annoyed me as much as her.

    I wish the title had been something different. I would have preferred to watch it unfold on the show. Maybe something like “GUESS WHO LEFT BIG BROTHER.”

    you know evel dick is one of those people you can take him or leave him… but I am sure that BB ratings were never so high as when he was on there… I personally am going to miss that he isn’t on there he may have a mean and very strange way of dealing with the situations in the house but he couldn’t have planned the game better as he won… and when he was in the house before with Danielle yes she rode his coattail but she did exactly as he wanted her to do which was a smart move as they both won money… I hope this is one of BB games and they bring him back into the house….he is awesome… and very smart…
