This Summer marks the return of Big Brother 7. As many of you know, TVgasm is just a little bit more than obsessed with Julie Chen and Big Brother. The twist this year is that former house guests will be invited to come back for another summer full of fun. Julie Chen will be announcing the top 20 candidates on Wednesday, June 21 at 8PM ET/PT and we the audience will get to pick who gets into the house. This commercial played last night during the Survivor finale and TVgasm will be covering the announcement ceremony in some sort of live fashion. Big Brother 7 will be out of control, and we hope you’ll be joining TVgasm for all of the coverage. Discuss now in the forums!

Wow. The Chenbot in a zebra print blouse–this is going to be one crazy season. But first…………

Holy crap how am I going to make it to July until BB7 starts?? From what I have heard the viewers will get to pick 6 houseguests from the panel of 20 AND the producers will pick the other 6, to make sure we don’t end up with a whole house of “heros” and no “villians”. A good idea, I think.

For a girl that has only watched one season of BB, I am entirely too excited about this.

I’d actually like to see Cappy and Ivette back in the house. Now that she understands what the rest of us saw in Crappy and “Friendship”, it could make for some highly entertaining tv.

If TVgasm readers were in control, we’d probably end up with the same cast as BB6. And WHY NOT????

I hope they change the rules enough so that the now overused backdoor eviction can’t happen.

    I could take a BB6 “do-over”.
I would like to see Howie again…light saber in one hand and a kleenex in the other.

The most exciting thing about last night’s Survivor finale was the BB commercial.

I did a jig of happiness when I saw the Chenbot. Seriously.

(getting out and having a life is not an option, apparently.)

Why the heck would anyone want to see the entire cast of BB6 all over again? We’ve been there, done that. It’s over. No, it’s better to mix things up.

Mountain_Girl (#4) Ivette is still friends with Eric. No, I don’t get it either, but that’s her perogative.

The best thing about Kaysar going back in if he does? Getting to see him set a new record and get evicted for a third time. Ha!
I enjoyed him in his season and voted him back in the house, but his fans ruined him for me. Janelle as well. I won’t be upset if they both decline.
Since the season, I have become a fan of Ivette, but she won’t go back in. James on the other hand, as much as I can’t stand his politics, he’s a great player and I’d like to see him return.

Go Howie Skywalker and Jedi Janie!!

And I wouldn’t mind seeing a love tri-angle of Bunky, Marcellas and Will.

You need BB Eddie and Pink Hair, the Wonder Twins, and the 4 Gay Horsemen.

I agree with Redhead- I was far more excited about the Big Brother preview than the Survivor finale. As soon as I saw chenbot and all of those familiar faces back on my television screen, I involuntarily started jumping up and down. My husband looked at me like I was nuts.

HB (#6) I would also like to see most of BB6 come back. Not Jen or April, and actually I’ve had quite enough of Howie. And Eric. But everyone else can come back.

I would like BB7 to include Dynasty-throwback mudslinging, pool-dunking catfights between Janine and whatsisname the bald pinot-swilling Miami gigolo.

Plus I want to hear Marcellas (BB3) say over and over “It was the WILL of the HOUSE.” Good times.

I’m so angry. I’ll be away from the country until 26 June. That means no Internet access and NO 1000 votes for Janey.

And I agree with whoever said that they should just put all of last season’s cast back into the house and see how it plays out now that the Friendsheep know how America hates them (although, with my luck, it would turn out so boring I’d stop watching it).

People still hate them? Really? Wasn’t it many, many months ago? There are much more worthy subjects of hate out there.

That pic above of the Chenbot totally proves that she is actually a muppet.

    Oh, and bring back Roddy!!

TVGasm is the reason I watched BB6 last year. I watched the very first season and was so bored that it took the urgings of my fave bloggers to attempt to watch again. B-side: when they announce the contestants for this summer’s household, will you please post who they are and why we should vote for them? Otherwise, I will only know the folks from BB6. Which isn’t so bad.
