Let me take the time once again to thank everybody who hopped onto the Big Brother Bandwagon with TVgasm this summer. We hope that it was mucho enjoyable, and the thought that we might have created a few addicts is also quite welcome. We’ve received emails that were quite heartwarming, like the woman who says her husband would never watch reality TV with her until he started reading TVgasm, to the very humbling, as people have said that reading printed-out versions of TVgasm have helped put a smile on their face as they go through pregnancies and recover from surgeries. But enough of that sappy shit, we have but one week of Big Brother left, and the action will be fast and furious.
TVgasm has never been a huge fan of spoilers, including on Big Brother. Part of watching the show is the anticipation of what is coming next, good or bad. Fans have been able to watch on the internet through Real Player, and the live feeds always give you up-to-date action and an unfiltered view of the guests that can really change how you feel about them. This week marks the last of HOH competitions. If precedent stands, Janelle and two other people will be competing in an endurance challenge for the last Head of Household.
The live feeds are courtesy of the Real Player Superpass, and if you sign up, you get a 14-day trial for free, meaning your Big Brother feeds will come free of charge. I mention this only as a service to our readers, because I personally can’t stand Real Player software. TVgasm isn’t getting paid for signing people up either. I offer this information solely to help out those people who may be in dire need.

in ANY of the comments on ANY TVgasm post. Even if the episode has long since aired on the West Coast, DO NO POST SPOILERS except in the forums. This includes E-MAILS, although we do appreciate the people who take the time add SPOIER WARNING to the subjects so we know in advance to avoid. Due to other commitments, it may be hours before any of us sit down to watch an episode (especially since the Thursday episode is now on Friday), so please hold all of your pain/ecstasy until after we post something on TVgasm about it.

speaking of live feeds…I was watching last night and I’m wondering about something. Since I’m pretty much a newbie to BB – only started watching because of this site – I have missed episodes. Last night April and Maggie were talking and April said something about Michael hitting on her and how she’s a married woman, blah, blah, blah…did this happen? Did Michael (as in Janelle’s Michael) hit on April??? I don’t remember reading anything about that.

I just want you to know that he got home from work tonight while BB was on. Before he set his stuff down, or even gave me a kiss, he came flying into the Family Room asking “What is ChenBot wearing tonight?”

What do you mean about not posting spoilers even after the episode has long since aired on the west coast? Is this just for BB? We love to talk about the shows. I think that if you go to TVgasm after the show has aired, then you should be prepared to read what happened.
I find it much easier to just not even Read the post or comments if I haven’t seen the episode myself. (Unless I don’t plan to see it)
I have sadly become a BB junkie this summer and I do believe I have your wonderful site to thank for it.
I will be rather distraught, though, if this whole summer was a waste and two detestable people find themselves at the end.
I have gotten into the BB feeds and I do believe it provides a lot of insight into the game and its players.
Janelle is still awesome and amazing and she should have a very promising career post-BB. If anybody in corporate America’s advertising dept. has half of a brain, people should be at the wrap-party just waiting to sign her up for anything. You said somewhere that probably 80% of us watching BB are tuning in for her . . . I’d up that to about 85%.
Maggie is quiet and a definite thinker. I don’t have much to say about her other than the fact that I don’t like her.
April has come a long way this past week. Sure she can’t stop talking, but she actually apologized to Janelle for all that she had said since they had been in the house. I have to give her a big pat on the back for that because she realizes that she isn’t acting the way she would outside of those walls. She point blank told Ivette that she is the reason she had so many negative feelings and she wanted to distance herself from that her last week in the house. Way to go April . . . which brings me to the final remaining contender.
I don’t think I have seen a more “ugly soul” on televisioin in my life. Brian — the soft-core,porn star/master manipulator, mean, despicable player on Survivor Thailand — had a better soul than Ivette. She rants and raves and I honestly believe hates EVERYBODY on the planet except for herself, Tushie and Cappy. She’ll hate Tushie after she hears that she actually liked Janelle, though, I am sure. I am not even convinced that she liked her poor partner in this game — he was a way for her to get here. She secretly went to Maggie to have her save herself over him when they were both up for eviction but when Beau said he wouldn’t campaign against his friend Ivette looked to the ground because she had already been doing that very thing against him. April told her the feelings that she had and instead of listening Ivette spewed pure evil (it might as well have been pea soup) and stomped off to her bed to pout before saying her friendship with April outside of the house is over.
The live feeds provide some entertainment and they do keep you posted. I don’t know if I can watch anymore if I see that Janelle has been eliminated. I don’t think I could survive that heartache. The most blatant thing on the feeds is showcasing Ivette’s evil nature and it just confirms what the show actually indicates — Ivette is a BITCH both inside and outside of the house (all caps isn’t even enough to stress how big of one she is). So many times I told myself that is the way the show is edited — but the feeds show that it is the way that she is. It will be quite humorous to see how she reacts after the show when she is confronted on the street with a “hey, bitch!” A week or so ago she said that she’d tell anybody who said this to her to “f–k off” — something tells me those are the two words Ivette will be speaking the most for the rest of her life.
TVGasm – they really should be paying you bc I also only started watching BB this summer and only bc of your recaps.
Question: is the final episode similar to Survivor in the sense that all the contestants gather around in front of a live audience?
And if so, will the people be boo-ed? has this happened before?
When you call to cancel your superpass with real player (yes…you will have to call) they will probably offer to give you one month for free. May be worth it for the free song downloads. Just saying. Oh…and I think you have to make sure you call well before your free trial ends…they are quick about applying that 12.99 charge.
