I’ve been behind all day with my recap for Hell’s Kitchen (not to mention Fresh Meat and various other news items), but luckily, there’s always time for a clipgasm, and this one comes yet again from the mouth of Gordon Ramsay. More yelling, more insults, more comedy.

    This was a true classic last night…

    interestingly enough, lamb sauce apparently evo ire of many a head chef. My husband, an apprentice chef in his youth, watched this last night and recounted an eerily similar lamb sauce yelling incident with his former boss in Orange County, CA….
