The Real World: Key West, 5/16/06, MTV

After a one week hiatus, the Weekly Paula is back. While Paula Abdul certainly was goofy last night on American Idol, this week’s Paula dose comes to us once again from The Real World: Key West. What can I say? Give this girl some alcohol, and she’s off and running. This Weekly Paula also comes with a great bonus feature: The Awkward Moment of the Week, courtesy of fellow roommate John. You can almost hear the crickets chirping. Enjoy.

i watched this last night and i absolutly ADORED the look on svettys face when her eyes bulge and she turns to look at the camera when john makes the comment about paulas eating.

also, you KNOW tyler was fighting so hard to not bust out laughing at paula.

Honestly, she should’ve been removed from this show. I don’t blame John though, you can only take so much before you just have to say something back, even if its completely awful… Loved the awkward silence though!

I gave up on this show about three episodes ago. I can’t deal with her drunk shenanagans anymore. This girl really needs to get into treatment.

Actually, derder, Paula is finally in treatment. But it’s going to be a long trip back from crazytown. I don’t blame John at all, I probably would have done the same thing if looney tunes had started bitching at me.

I have not been a loyal Real World viewer this year, but saw this episode this week and absolutely loved this scene. I think it’s one of the greatest TV moments ever. The awkward silence is FABULOUS and scab-picking just puts it over the top.

Everytime I see this scene, I die laughing! I’ve been anxiously awaiting the re-cap just to read B-Side’s description of it. I seriously can’t stop laughing…

I loved the panoramic shots of everyone’s faces – AWKWARD MOMENT OF ALL TIME! Especially Zach, he looked like he was going to throw-up.
