Apparently this is a family movie? I think? Its based on a book? I gather?

I’ve completely sold out. Im now pimping shows, movies and specials I know nothing about just because of the offer of FREE PRIZES to you our reader. It is on that merit that I offer a new contest that is to promote ION’s new Mini-series or movie or somehting, HOGFATHER based on the popular books by Terry Pratchett. Im told this is huge in London. . . maybe one of our UK readers can fill us in. For the rest of us, we can meet the movie on November 25th on ION. The photo above makes it seem like a live action NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, the trailer looks like Harry Potter on a budget. I predict a rather high viewership in the 12 US states that have legalized medicinal marijuana.

Now for the contest, I want you to play both sides of the shameless plugging argument. Watch the videos below. One is a commercial the other is the first 3 minutes of the film. Then email me with the subject line “sell out” and arygue both sides based on the merit of the film that I am wasting space and time, and then argue that Im providing a valuable service. Whomever convinces me of BOTH sides, wins. Ill accept entries up until midnight PST, the night HOGFATHER airs on ION which we all know now to be on November 25, 2007.
