Hello Gasmi! I promised that I would be back and despite some setbacks I am! Let me just say that I am sick of summer storms and if there are 82 mph winds, it should be classified as a tornado. Just when I had power back, a tree limb snapped our cable line. Sorry – venting over:)
This week on Dallas, the claws came out! We pick up where last week left off, with Rebecca telling Christopher that she sent him the email from Elena. He is furious and runs off – straight to Tommy.
Yeah – you’re pretty much screwed
He punches Tommy and the fall to the ground, everyone at the party trying to tear them apart. Rebecca runs up, sobbing. Christopher tells Bobby what happened and Bobby kicks Tommy off of Southfork. Christopher is still furious – he tells Rebecca that he never wants to see her again, gets in his car and leaves.
Don’t get me wrong – it’s a nice car, but wouldn’t a truck or a SUV be a little more practical on a ranch?
Bobby is in the kitchen packing boxes when Ann comes in. He is worried about Christopher because he hasn’t heard from him. Bobby and Ann walk out front and are met by a messenger, who has the deed to Southfork – in J.R.’s name. For some reason, Bobby is shocked and has no idea how this happened.
I’m going to take a stab in the dark and say it started when Bobby trusted J.R. the tiniest bit
J.R. tells Bobby that Not Marta was going to sell to Cliff and he couldn’t let that happen. J.R. declares his intentions to drill on Southfork and Bobby is pissed. Christopher comes home to find Bobby about to leave to find Lobell. Christopher goes with him, but their plan hits a tiny snag…
He was in such a hurry that he couldn’t take the coffee mug?
Bobby and Christopher are meeting with some man – I’m not sure if it’s a cop or what. The man tells them that the sale of Southfork is valid unless they can prove that J.R. knew about Lobell’s fraud.
Bobby and Christopher arrive at Southfork and see oil tankers pulling in to the ranch. Christopher is livid at the idea of drilling and wants to stoop to J.R.’s level. Bobby refuses and says that he beat J.R. once and he will do it again.
Elena shows up at John Ross’s to confront him about the sale of Southfork. John Ross tells her that he had nothing to do with it and is pissed that J.R. double crossed him. During this whole argument, I’m really not sure how Elena is concentrating -
I’m sorry, can you repeat that, I was too busy staring…
John Ross goes to Not Marta’s to ask why she helped his dad screw him over. She looks like she is on the verge of a meltdown and pulls out a nice picture to show him:
He obviously doesn’t know how bat-shit crazy she is, because he isn’t running for the door
Not Marta refuses to help him and he leaves, pissed off. After he is gone, Not Marta watches a the DVD she made of the two of them having sex. I’m guessing that this is not something she wants to watch with him as foreplay.
I feel like she is watching a clip from Gone with The Wind for some reason
J.R.’s private detective/lackey approaches John Ross and tells him his dad wants to see him. John Ross goes to the Dallas Cowboys football stadium to meet with him. I mean, the show is named ‘Dallas’, do they really need to shove the location down our throats?
J.R. wants to show John Ross the oil business. He is leaving town and wants John Ross to take over while he is gone. He convinces John Ross to play the game and they smile for the crowd.
We get it, it’s Dallas
If you like it, spread it!:

No electtricity sucks, but no cable is a goddamned crisis! My sympathies.
I love the guy who is playing Ann’s ex – Mitch Pileggi – he always plays a douche. See the old WB series “The Mountain”.
I hope NotMarta pulls something psycho soon…
Hey, EM, don’t forget the douchey boss Mitch Pileggi played in The X-Files. Type-casting.
Christopher’s car is apparently a Lotus Tesla- an expensive, high performance, fully electric sports car, designed by Lotus. I think it’s pretty cool that such an environmentally conscious rich guy would drive a car like that.
Great recap, but I wouldn’t mind some more Bobby pics. The young boys are nice to look at, but so is Bobby.
