Sara Evans to join Dancing tour

She quit the show in disgrace amid a particularly sleazy divorce scandal, but country singer Sara Evans will make a dancing comeback on the Dancing with The Stars arena tour.

Oh yeah– and so will Jerry Springer.The tour opens Tuesday in San Diego. Sara Evans will dance in Nashville’s Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville on January 21st. Hambone Jerry will do more heavy lifting. He’ll trip over his feet January 5th in Chicago, January 7th in Columbus, Ohio, January 9th in Cleveland, January 17th in Cincinnati (where many years ago, he was mayor, even after being caught up in a hooker scandal) and join Evans and the gang in Nashville.

The Dancing tour features Harry Hamlin, Drew Lachey, Joey Lawrence, Joey McIntyre and Lisa Rinna and their professional dance partners Cheryl Burke, Kym Johnson, Edyta Sliwinska, Karina Smirnoff and Louis Van Amstel. It lands in 38 cities.

No official word if Sara’s dance partner, Tony Dovolani, with whom her estranged, sex-crazed husband accused her of having an affair, will be dancing with her. But since Sara has promised to let him choreograph her concert tour, we can expect it.
