For those of you who visited TVgasm on April 1st, you were in for a rude awakening as we redesigned the site in the mold of one the least readable sites out there. Maybe it would have been OK, but all of the posts were even more self-absorbed than normal, and weren’t very original to boot. At least it only took a few minutes work for each one. Some of you may have missed out on the joke and we moved back some of the old posts so our archives wouldn’t be out of whack, but we saved it just in case you want to revisit what TVgasm looked like on April 1st, 2006.

We hope that none of you suffered any heart attacks before realizing it was all a big April Fool’s gag.

For those who missed the jokes, or got it but continued to whine about it. Wheres the love for TVGASM? Perhaps P-side will come back on occasion to give those who lack a humor chip a lesson now and again. THATS HOT!!!

This April Fools joke was pretty damn awesome, although Slashdot probably takes the cake with bright pink text and leet speak headlines about unicorns. Gizmodo’s postings about gadgets to kill zombies was pretty good too. Should I feel proud that I’ve never looked at Perez Hilton’s site, or ashamed that I have looked at almost every other site you were parodying?

April fools was great- esp since it fell on a non work day this year so we didnt get to have the usual april fools fun of tormenting co-workers.

I nearly did have a heart attack. I was like, WTF? Why does it now look like Pink is the New Blog?

I totally did not get the joke, but I wasn’t going to take it off of my favorites, I just was like, ok, I’ll give it a few days and come back and check and if it’s still like that, then I can’t come here anymore
