I Love Money: And Money Loves….

Well Money Lovers, we are here at the end.  It has been a whirlwind of a ride and here we are.  Who will the money love back?  Will it be Pun who has ruled the roost?  Mindy, who has actually been pretty normal with the exception of liking Francisco?  Will it be Hot Wings who is so hot for dollar she has gone a bit crazy?  Or will it be crazy eyebrows Brooklyn who has barely appeared in the show until now?

The house awakens and everyone is sooo happy!  But may I point out- you are all still fighting to win the money!  Don’t get excited until you have actually won! Duh.  They eat there breakfast and jump on their beds, and eventually meet CJ on the deck to hear what is going to happen.  Low and behold there is one more challenge!  See!  CJ points out this is the challenge to win and be Pay Master because you decide who will end up in the final race.  Oh snap!  CJ says this challenge could get: “Danger-ish”….I just feel bad for him.  He is seriously given the worst things to say.  sigh.  Of course this confuses the remaining 4 money lovers and Brooklyn starts to wonder if they are going to be swimming with sharks.  I think I actually love Brooklyn.

So the challenge is called Smash the Homies-each money lover has to run across some floating platforms twice and grab two money bags while the other 3 money lovers throw HANGING BALLS at them.  Quote of the century belongs to Hot Wings who says, “Oh my God, Brittanya should like totally be here right now because this is designed for her….ya know smashing homies, and there’s two big black balls.”  I would almost end this recap right here because I cannot imagine anything better being said.

Mindy is up first and she dashes across those floating boards super quick!  Balls are flying but she seems pretty unfazed.  Next up is Brooklyn..man he’s got booty right?  wow.  He dashes across pretty quickly also, and although he gets hit smack in the face, he handles the balls like a pro.  Punisher takes to the challenge next and he seems just as quick.  He takes to hitting the balls rather than letting them hit him.  Kinky.  Last up is Hot Wings- and you know she used to run track so she should do pretty good- famous last words!  Whenever you get cocky things go wrong- and the definitely do for Hot Wings.  She gets smacked by Brooklyn’s ball right in the face.  So the winner of the challenge, and the final Pay Master who decides the fate of all is…….

BROOKLYN!!!!!!!!!!  FINAL PAY MASTER BITCHES!!!!

Brooklyn beats Punisher by 1 second!!!  The look on Punisher’s face is priceless.  It’s like he knows he is out.  Prediction- final 3 will be Brooklyn, Mindy, and Hot  Wings…if he is smart he will not keep Punisher.   Just sayin’.  Here’s where Punisher is soooo not the smartest person in the house- you carried everyone to make it this far but you are way to strong to ever be kept around yourself.  Oh I cannot wait for the final vault elimination.

They go on the final power outing and each person makes their plea.  Punisher FAILS miserably!!!  He talks about how he is a real estate investor and he needs the money (which apparently he has actually made a good living from and already has a lot of money)…i thought he was a stripper?  He says he doesn’t care about anybody’s sob story, or feeling sorry for anybody- okay Earth to Punisher- You are not the Pay Master, and Crazy Brows Brooklyn DOES care about people’s sob stories.  I am pretty sure you have just dug yourself into a serious hole.  Hot Wings flies off the handle but she wants/needs the money for a genuine reason- to help her father out who has just had a stroke.  And Mindy is a straight shooter who says she needs the money to help her utilize her potential and make something of herself.

“SCREW YOUR SOB STORIES, I’M A RICH STRIPPER WHO NEEDS THE $250K FOR MY REAL ESTATE ENDEAVORS”

It seems to me to be a no brainer on who Brooklyn should keep but of course he is completely torn up about what to do… does he stay loyal to Punisher who has helped him get here?  Would Punisher have done that for him had he been Pay Master?  Does Hot Wings and her crazy immature self deserve to be here?  Finally he decides and it is:  Mindy and Hot Wings!!!

Punisher is so pissed!!!  Brooklyn hopes he doesn’t burn any bridges with Pun, but I’m pretty sure that is a done deal.  Lose like a man Punisher!!!  Your plan didn’t work!  You aren’t the smartest person in the house.  Peace out.  (sidenote- Pun does say, “Never trust a dude with painted on eyebrows.”  Finally, someone sees what I’m talking about!!!)

So here we are with the final 3!!!  Brooklyn is pretty sulky about sending Pun home, and Mindy reminds him, “Nobody is gonna think you are a bad person because of it.”  Aaaah.  So sweet.  And she’s actually right.  Who cares that you let Pun go?  He deserved it!  He was an ass the entire time and someone needed to take his ego down a couple of notches.  Grow a pair of big black balls from today’s challenge and get over it.

The next day comes and it is time for the final challenge… and Brooklyn realizes he has “pracitally a 33% chance of winning”….yeah practically.    Mindy is feeling strong and Hot Wings feels like she made it to the Olympics!

They get picked up and are taken to the final challenge destination.  CJ explains that the final race is in 3 different locations, and in each location they have to read a sign and complete the task.  Each completed task will give you 2 gold coins that will pay for transportation from one challenge to the next- at the very last of the 3 challenges CJ will be there waiting to give the first person to complete the final task a check for $250,000.

The first challenge is to cut one of three ropes with a nail file.  Each rope is tied to a bucket overhead that will either have syrup OR the 2 coins.  Hot Wings hauls ass (she really did run track!!!) and gets to the challenge first.  She immediately starts cutting the first rope.  Mindy however thinks wisely and goes for the middle, and Brooklyn does the same.  Both Mindy and Brooklyn pick the right ropes to cut on their first attempt and they get their gold coins and are off to the next task, Brooklyn in first and Mindy in second.  Meanwhile, Hot Wings picks incorrectly twice and gets syrup dumped on her twice.  She is defeated and feels like there is no way she can win.  Cue the tears.

At the second task the money lovers have to drink a beverage and figure out at least 2 of the ingredients in it.  If they choose the right ingredients the coins will be in the bags.  Both Mindy and Brooklyn start drinking and guessing…and by some amazing grace Hot Wings actually catches up to them and BEATS THEM!!!  She is now in the lead!  Hot Wings hops onto a boat to the final destination, then Mindy, and lastly Brooklyn.

The final challenge is a puzzle…at this point I feel really bad for Brooklyn, I mean no offense but men are definitely not known for being the best at puzzles in these games.  So they are all working diligently and it becomes clear that one person is doing better than everyone else…and that is the person who ends up winning… and that person is………………………………………….

MINDY IS THE WINNER!!!!!

YAY!!!  I feel like all is right with the world.  Brooklyn is so happy for her and I kind of hope they start dating.  Hot Wings just can’t get over it, sour puss.
