Last episode, Coco thought she might be pregnant but after several tests it turned out that she just had high blood pressure. She won’t be able to have kids until she can bring it down. This episode we get to see the couple in a lighter mood house hunting and gay bestie fighting. Seriously, gay bestie fights are probably my most favorite thing to watch in the world because it brings the best of the side eye out.
Ice reads Coco a tweet that says if every woman in the world looked like Coco, there would be world peace. It would also mean that roller coasters around the world would have to be fixed to accommodate more ass space. Coco is folding clothing and starts My Strange Addictioning the fabric softner sheets by inhaling them. She tells Ice that she changes the sheets a few times a day because she loves the scent so much. She even has all the fragrances and puts about 5 in the dryer at one time (I think you’re only supposed to put in 1). Ice starts to rub a dryer sheet on his head which gets Coco a little too excited.

Ice is walking around his house when he comes up to a few racks of clothing resting in the hallway. Coco has outgrown her closet due to all the clothes and shoes she owns and has now expanded it into the hallway. Coco admits that she is probably a clothes/shoe hoarder but at least she looks good at everything she does. In her defense, she tells Ice she is in the middle of organizing all of her clothes but has received so many modeling clothes that it has taken over her closet. Ice says his hallway is starting to look ghetto and Coco suggests they look for another house. Ice says that he likes his house and Coco agrees but says they need more square footage and that they don’t even have a guest bedroom so when people come to visit, they have to put them up in a hotel. Coco says that with a new house they could have more rooms like an office, a guest bedroom and a baby room. She points out that if she were to get pregnant tomorrow they would have to put the baby on the couch because of the lack of room. Ice says that she is singing to the choir and that they went from clothes in the hallway to looking for a new home which has him tripping.
Coco is in her office with Sparkle and Soulgee talking about doing a feature spread for Disfunkshion Magazine (no really, www.dfsmag.com) to which Coco asks how she would even promote it. She also lets them know that she needs to have some free time because Kyle is coming into town. He is looking to possibly move and start a new chapter and she can’t wait to dance and have a good time with him. She says that they both love food and this is where the Queen War begins because Soulgee replies that he loves food and gives her a Girl, you mine look.
Why do people always look in the fridge when house hunting,
the food doesn’t come with the house!
Ice and Coco go to visit a realtor to the stars and end up pulling into a huge mansion with 13,000 sq ft and 6 bedrooms. Coco is in love and can’t help express that when Ice tells her to put on a poker face. He says that with so many bedrooms you get motherfu*kers moving in and not wanting to leave. Ice reminds us that you have to work hard in life as he grew up poor and tried to steal but nothing worked for him except hard working. What really gets Coco excited about the house isn’t the 6 car garage, indoor basketball court, outdoor pool and yard or the two wings that make up the house; it’s the chandelier in the over-sized closet. Coco is ready to purchase the home on the spot and Ice tells her you can’t buy a home because of a chandelier. They later discuss the house and Ice says it is too much house for them because they like to be on top of each other and you shouldn’t have to use a phone to tell the other person that dinner is ready. Coco starts to see his way and then adds that it would be too much for her to clean anyway.
Coco and Soulgee are at a shop trying to find a dress for Coco to wear that displays her classy side for Disfunkshion Magazine. Isn’t that what a photo shoot stylist is for? Soulgee loves the dress she has on but then Kyle arrives and the Gay Bestie War begins when Kyle says the dress is like homecoming all over again and recommends another that she instantly loves. Soulgee tries to tell her that it’s not what they are looking for. Soulgee tries to get her to chose his dress but she loves it too much and goes over to hug Kyle while Soulgee sips his wine and side eyes Kyle. Kyle 1, Soulgee 0.
It’s possible to bore a dog, see above example.
Ice is on set looking at houses with Spartacus and explains that he doesn’t necessarily want to move but he wants to find the right place. Ice and Coco go to meet the realtor at Pinewood Townhouses in Jersey. The realtor calls it the Empty Nester to which Coco says she wants to fill the nest, not have it empty. Ice is in love with the townhouse but Coco doesn’t see it as a family home and definitely doesn’t like the dark wood in the closet or the lack of a yard for Spartacus. The realtor says it’s a hot property and if they are truly interested they should put in an offer soon before it goes. Later on, Ice is playing Gears of War when Coco comes to talk about the houses they have seen. She doesn’t really like the Pinewood Townhomes because it doesn’t have a homey feel and Ice decides they should put their search on hold. However, Coco interviews that once you get Ice excited about something you have to keep the momentum and she is afraid he will lose the house hunting steam.
At Greenhouse, Kyle is buying shots and Coco talks about the house hunting. Kyle offers to take time off and come visit her to help find a perfect place when Soulgee says she doesn’t need the extra help. Coco notices the tension and says there’s a room full of guys here why are they dancing. This is where my life becomes complete…because we get to see Soulgee and Kyle Roxbury Coco and then square off in a dance competition. Unfortunately for Soulgee, Kyle has a little more skill and takes this round again. Kyle 2, Soulgee 0.
The key to a happy marriage.
Although they had decided to stop looking for houses, Coco called in an old friend and was recommended a house close to where they live now. The two decide to go visit and find out that the house has not even been fully built. It’s in the construction phase which sort of excites the couple because they find out they can really design a house to their needs and wants versus finding something already created. They decide to purchase the plot and are excited at the new venture.
Soulgee and Coco are discussing Coco’s clothing line, Licious, and how she needs to diversify the line. She picks out a hot pink shirt with rhinestones and asks what man would wear it which makes Soulgee reply that Kyle would. Coco says she thought they would like each other and reveals that he probably won’t be moving so quickly which makes Soulgee smile. They then discuss the dance off and Coco congratulates Soulgee on his moves. She says he has such moves he could have been part of her dance group and Soulgee says she could have been a part of his. Back at home, the offer on the house was accepted and the couple celebrates with some champagne. Coco reveals that she wants animal print curtains which I guess is a Jersey staple and Ice tells her not the whole house.
Bitch please…I am not going anywhere!
Gasmii, did you love the mansion house or the townhouse or do you think they should just stay put? Who were you rooting for in the Gay Besties War?

OH and Gasmii Coco was on The Doctors the other day to prove her ass is real and guess what, according to the doctor it IS! They did an ultrasound and compared what a woman with implants and what Coco’s ass looks like. Interesting stuff! Check out the video here!

Love the mansion. Go with the mansion. Clean? Coco? No. I can deal with her diving into a load of freshly laundered and softened clothes, but on her knees with a scrub brush? No, no, a thousand times no.
Love the show and love your recap. Keep ‘em coming! Love, SSC
I think it would be great to design a house exactly how you want it! They are lucky, the mansion was wayyy too much! :O The dance off was just awesome ! ahah
