   I have never liked Katie Couric. She irritates the crap out of me. I find myself yelling at the TV when she is on.

   Now I wouldn’t mind seeing Meredith on the evening news.

   I bet Meredith is thrilled to be getting away from those idiots on The View. I was kind of pulling for Campbell Brown, but I guess they wanted a bigger “name.”

    I didn’t know Emma Thompson was going to host the Today Show.

    Definitely should of went with Campbell Brown. She is a total babe with news cred. Any news cred Veieira had she pissed away long ago. Good thing it wasn’t Ann Currie at least. She is pretty easy on the eyes but the world’s worst interviewer. I liked Katie. She could do the fluff but was very good in the serious interviews. I think her looks and pleasant way disarmed guests and they were not prepared for when she started throwing tough questions at them.
