Jesse and Tacky take a little longer than expected trying to perfectly line up their stencils. Clint’s mohawk gets in the way of Sarah but Clint says it is Sarah who is all over the place which makes it hard for him to get his lines in. He says that he actually is a delicate tattooer while Sarah is like a ravenous beast. Mark says this is validation for him because he performs well under pressure and that he is going to piss someone else off by not going home. Mark is really stupid. Each of the canvas clients looks like they are in pain except the priest who seems to be having a grand time. I notice that the judges aren’t even hanging around that much or looking at the progress. I wonder where they are and what they are doing instead of watching the progression. Steve finishes up faster than Jamie who is hauling ass to catch up to him. Jesse knows he is in trouble and admits that he only really focuses on his new school style and color and that he should have practiced more black and white at home.

Tattoos are over and Clint and Sarah start mentally preparing to fight for another chance. Jamie tells Mark that he is on his last leg of Hangman and even with a good tattoo he is close to getting flicked off the edge. Mark says he is like dust and no matter how much you blow it away it will always come back and settle. Tacky says um no when you brush off dust, new dust comes in on top of it and Mark, being an idiot, says that it still always comes back. Tacky then tells Mark that he needs to talk less and walk more.

Jamie and Steve’s tats are well received because they really convey an emotional story with Steve doing a better job that Jamie who only missed a few details. Tacky and Jesse also did a great collaboration and Tacky is praised for not being afraid to use heavy black and giving the others a run for their money. Jesse is praised on his improvement over his previous black and white piece, the pin-up girl. Mark and Sebastian didn’t get such good reviews even though the judges though Sebastian’s piece was smooth with good gradation. Mark’s piece was called the easiest because it didn’t have a face or hands but he did do a good job on the shield. Sarah and Clint pretty much get their asses kicked with Sarah’s piece having no dimension and terrible anatomy. Clint’s head was oddly placed as well and the details were a bit sketchy. Clint tries to defend himself but Freddy tells him he’s seen 4 guys tattoo on one person and they managed to do a much better job. Clint goes back to his normal rock kicking, head down self as they all file out to wait their fate.

    Jesse pretty much looks like the bug-eyed, buck-toothed cartoon character he keeps recycling.

    Clint’s tantrums are so ridiculous. He’s one of those people who thinks it’s important to “show” how angry they are…and he ends up looking liking a fool.

    I wonder who Sarah would consider to be a good partner. I have a feeling no matter who was assigned to work with her, she would claim she got screwed somehow. Her bizarre “for show” temper is almost as sad to watch as Clint’s.

    I wouldn’t let any of these bi-polar narcissists touch me.

    Oh…and my code at the bottom of this? “Good riddance.”

    I want to like Sarah, but then she starts talking and I have to cover my ears. She is like a harpy. We get it, your talented (I also have to say, her Star Wars tattoo was better than Tattoo whatever but I just can’t handle Sarah’s annoying attitude that I’m almost glad she lost… Sorry tangent)

    Clint is hilarious. I almost wonder if he is hamming it up to try to get his own reality show on spike XD but who knows. Some one should slap him once in a while though…

    Ok y’all know how much I love my bby Clint, so I was so scared he’d get booted off!!! I was going to cry.
    But the almost tears pretty much stopped when Sarah got started. Holy hell she got scary. Mark being gone is whatevs but why hasn’t Jesse been called out for doing those google eyes AGAIN? I think if he does them one more time he should go home. I don’t have patience for one way monkeys.

    @Kay: I’d watch the shit out of a Clint show omg.

    Clint has definatley grown on me, Im glad he didn’t go. Sarah too….for all her wininess, she is super-talented.

    I’m also diggin’ Tattoo Baby, she’s pretty cool.

    I thought this challenge was complete BS. I mean, it’s almost setting up the artists to fail, or do a shitty job on their client.

    And amenz yo.
    Because finally, Mark is gone. If I had to hear one more disjointed, nonsensical, pointless speech full of fighting metaphors, I was going to scream. I think it’s pretty obvious that he cares more about fighting than tattooing (because what kind of ARTIST purposefully jeopardizes his hands that way?) and he should stick to doing that. Unless he’s also bad at MMA. In which case, he should just sit down quietly some place and wait for life to end.

    During Sarah’s speech to the judges, I definitely had to say a quick hail mary for the safety of my soul. I was 100% sure that an entire cloud of demons were going to fly out of her face, through my tv screen and into my house. I know her friends and family love her, but I dare them to lie and say that she isn’t scary as fuck.

    And between her and Katherine, I do prefer Katherine.
    I could drink frozen margaritas and kick it with Katherine.
    I wouldn’t know what to do with Sarah, except run for my life.
    And I do think Katherine is much prettier than Sarah…I would give anything to see her in an outfit that is the appropriate size and length for her body, because she would be so super gorg.

    But even though Katherine is kicking ass lately, judging on everything we’ve seen, I think Sarah is a better artist.
