J-Wahl is sentenced to J-ail

jwahlmugshot.jpgWhat’s up with the racial slurs? We told you that pop star Kelis is getting a reality show on MTV, days after she was busted for yelling racial epiphets at undercover cops.

Jason “J-Wahl” Wahler‘s not so lucky. He’d already been featured on MTV’s Laguna Beach and was starring on The Hills when he was arrested in September for a race-baiting attack on a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck crew.

Jason is headed to jail. A judge today sentenced the heavy-drinking bad boy to 60 days in the county jail and 36 months probation for an incident in which he and a porn model named Kristin DeLuca attacked and insulted a black Transportation officer and two tow truck operators (one black, one Latino). Jason punched and yelled. She kicked, spit and slurred.

Now we wish the reality cameras were around for that scene.
By the way, Jason’s blood alcohol was .22–nearly times the legal limit. And he wasn’t driving (He’s also been busted more than once for resisting arrest– and reportedly again over the weekend in an underage drinking sweep at a club in North Carolina– what, was he visiting Dawson’s Creek?).

He was also ordered to attend 104 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, 36 hours of anger management classes and to stay away from all victims.

The model got 24 months probation and a suspended 120-day county jail term. They both must complete a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance because of the “numerous” racial slurs.

Sheesh, why can’t we all just get reality shows and get along?

    One think I don’t understand is they tested his BAC yet the article states he wasn’t operating a motor vehicle? Maybe the law in Cali is different then here in the dirty jerz.
