Million Dollar Listing LA Minicap

Hello, Gasmii! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday last week. I was an idiot who braved the National Mall to see the fireworks. A friend of mine just moved here and he’s still in tourist mode.

OK, into “Million Dollar Listing” matters. First, in awesome news, my copy of “A Simple Girl” just arrived. I can’t wait to finish my current book to read all about Grandma Edith!

I missed you this episode!

This week’s episode was pretty low on the drama scale. JA called Gary back and got the listing when he agreed to list the house for $3.6 million. This definitely did generate more interest in the house. Things are actually looking up for JA until Gary isn’t told everything he wants to hear.

JF is helping an old family friend buy a new house because he and his wife are divorcing after 30 years. It’s really touching how genuinely concerned JF is for his friend.

Finally, Madison shows up for all of five minutes this episode. *Sigh* Apparently Madison fails at everything that isn’t selling a house for his parents. I’m willing to bet that he grew up sucking at everything but his parents only saw the few times he succeeded. As a result, they constantly told him how wonderful he was. I imagine that’s why he think she’s such a good real estate agent. Also, Madison hosts a local beauty pageant. He is slightly better at that than he is at selling real estate.

The full recap will be up shortly. In the mean time, check out the recap from two weeks ago if you haven’t already!

Any episode with Mad failing, JA groveling, and JF succeeding is a Grade A episode of MDL:LA!
