Greetings, Gasmii!

I took your feedback from last week and, hence forth and from now on, Josh Flagg will be JF and Josh Altman will be JA. (I reserve the right to change these to something more insulting should either of these two do something stupid enough to merit a snarky nickname.)

On this week’s episode, JA ends up co-listing a penthouse with Heather, Madison is pissed about that, and JF searches for a house for fashion designer Gabby Applegate. More importantly, everyone’s favorite grandmother, Edith Flagg, makes an appearance – and she says this word “tits” more times than any grandmother every should. It’s a wonderful moment.

Madison just has some all around bad luck when David (Russian Stella’s ex husband) pulls the listing of his house. Immediately after that, Madison is forced to give Heather an ultimatum – it’s JA or him.

Aside from making fun of reality television on a weekly basis, PopePhilly is a legal assistant by day and avid kickball player by night (well, at least on Thursdays). On the nerd front, she is an active member of the forensic speech and debate community. She spends her time judging at tournaments throughout the country and serving on the board of directors for the West Chester University alumni chapter of Pi Kappa Delta (yes, speech nerds get to pretend to be cool by having Greek letters).

    I flove this Sierra Mar house and keep rewinding the porn tour of it. May never finish this episode…

    When did Madison get a brother?! Sure since always, but yay! :-) I love Madison and now there’s one that likes girls? Fuckin sweet!

    and Madison’s brother is soo much more adorable than Josh Whatever’s tool brother..the piano player/driver….what a loser!..duh..can I borrow your car for my date ? =L

    @TV That douche is Josh’s brother? I mean I know that I should’ve put 2 and 2 together bc of all the douchery! I blame Madison and his gorgeous hair! Oh Lord…

    That’s JA’s assistant not his brother. You can look on the website http://www.thealtmanbrothers.com to see his brother. They are two of the most successful realtors in Beverly Hills and met them both at lunch one day and both class acts. The assistant comic relief is a kid named Mikey that works for them along with some other people.
