About

Vallegirl has never actually lived in a valley, has a lot of time on her hands and likes to yell at kids about how things were in her day.  Currently in LA, she's also spent a lot of time in the great states of  New York and Florida so she's not crazy, it's just a cultural thing.

They didn’t have the pull and pray method in the 1920s?

The way to get pregnant hasn’t changed all that much.

And Margret is preggers in real life. Or at least I think she is. You could see the bump this episode. I was wondering why were dresses were alot looser in the past few episode.

They tricked me the same way on Beverly Hills 90210. Once I was old enough to realize why Kelly’s clothes were looser and she would “go away” for a while.

Don’t think it’s that Margaret didn’t care about continuing the education programs outside the hospital, it’s just that she already knew she was planning to skip town soon so she didn’t want to commit to anything with the good doctor.

Yeah, I figured that but the way they just wrote away an actual, good, storyline about a woman actually pursuing something beyond a man and striking up a non-sexual friendship with a man based upon a common interest by making it all about her getting a diaphragm might still have me pissed off.

What about Marge and her bottle of Lysol??? Lordy– I remember that from prior seasons and am still shuddering. We called the pregnancy tho. She was giddy and calculated–what we love about her. Nice little back and forth with Dr. Mason tho–they could make a good team–which may come next season–maybe she will consult him about an abortion.

I am loving Richard and his new hat–said it out loud and Mr Cawfee walked in like what????
Cannot wait for the full recap and to watch this eipsode a few times–I know to turn away from Gyp and the beach.

I’m so over this Gyp character…he keeps living up to my fears and its nerve racking. I shouldn’t be surprised but I keep hoping he’ll be unpredictable…argh!

Not gonna lie but the way they handled the inevitable made me feel gut-punched. I expected it, thought I didn’t care and yet I might have still gotten a little teary-eyed.

Thats right !!! Where is Palindrome Prohie???????? Did he flip???

And did Margaret or lets call her Pregnant Peg—intend to take Teddy and Emily with her when she and Owen planned to leave?? I am sure Owen was going to marry Katie to make himself look innocent. But did PP ever say that had to bring the children, or what the children would want????

Cannot wait to watch a few episodes for a good catch up!!!!!

    ok–heehee cap code is—-run amok

And last comment/question–this just occurred to me—Does anyone think that the final scene-Peg’s convo with Owen when she reveals her pregnancy–was her imagination?????

Cawfee…that’s what I thought. It wasn’t the continuation we didn’t see it was her dreaming of what she wanted to tell him.

I don’t think PP was dreaming the convo w/ Owen. I think the writers showed it after his death to really show the desperateness of her situation as well as her extremely sad reaction. Also, Mickey interrupted their conversation to tell Owen that Nucky was looking for him, and we know that actually happened b/c Owen died doing what Nuicky told him to do during said meeting.
