Last Night on Hawaii Five-0…well, to hell with last night, next week is P-Diddy!

Ok, right, right…last night on H50. Well, let’s see. McG and Danno go for a hike. McG sees a dead guy on a ledge about 30 or so feet below him and of course, being McG, decides to climb down and get a better look. When he decides to climb back up, he grabs ahold of a large rock that just happens to be loose and hits him in the face, and he falls and breaks his arm! He yells up to Danno to go climb up the mountain to get help. Danno gets ahold of Jin, who sends an army rescue crew. But, of course, there’s a rumble of thunder and McG decides he needs to get up off the ledge before he gets swept away, so he gets Danno to pull him up while he helps by 1 handed climbing. Classic McG.

Also, Jin and Boomer’s aunt is deathly ill, which manages to bring the whole Jin being relieved of his badge all those years ago back out. Uh-oh. Jin and Boomer go to see the aunt, and she says something to Boomer, which somehow completes the puzzle. It turns out that Jin didn’t take the money! I mean, we knew that, but now everyone in the show may know, too.

Anyways, the dead guy, right? Since that’s kinda what the episode revolves around. He was a fisherman. Worked with his kid. Sad that he died. They actually didn’t dwell too much on the murder. There were a couple of classic H50 moments, primarily enacted by  McG. Mostly including an entertaining disarm/takedown move with his broken arm.

As I said, there wasn’t a lot of substance to the murder, so I can’t really reveal anything without ruining it. What, with the amazing twists and deep storytelling and all.

Dangerously

Dangerously is a Southern boy misplaced in windy Chicago. He spends most of his time wandering around Chicago hoping for a random encounter with Graham Elliot...(I bet that guy gives the best hugs!).
