It’s a night of classics in Hell’s Kitchen. During the team challenge, the contestants are asked to strip down their cooking methods and prepare a dish using just water and fire — they must either poach, steam or boil the protein for their meal. In a classic HK f&^%-up, it comes down to a one point game and Red almost wins, but Krupa has presented chef Ramsay with beef filet, instead of veal.

The women are sent to their punishment: they must clean the HK fountain, the dorms’ spa and prep both kitchens for dinner service, as the men head to the day spa. They return so relaxed that they can’t even perform to their 90 (combined) IQ points.

The women also screw dinner service and there is no winner. At elimination the men nominate Tommy and Monty and the women nominate Carrie and Krupa…
