Minicap: MasterChef

02.09 - 03 - suzy!!Have you guys picked up on my loathing for her yet?

Last night on MasterChef was another team challenge. We probably don’t have but one more of these, so they pulled out all the stops here. Gordie let the minis run his kitchen, on two separate teams, for a party at hotel that houses his restaurant. Captains Ben and Born Again Christian square off, and pick their teams. Ben chooses Suzy first, which makes me not like Ben as much. Erryn is picked last, and wonders why since his teams have won every challenge. Of course, it’s important to realize that he has really not done much, at least that we get to see. As you’d expect, there are 3 course, and the voting comes down to the final desert course. Suzy plays her stupid bitch card again, and I think I have to say I now hate her more than ever.

Alright, so, then there was a pressure test for the losing team. I don’t want to give too much away, but, well, they have to bake a layer cake with at least 6 layers. That’s…insane. To me, at least. I don’t think I could make a 2-layer cake. But then again, I’m not on Masterchef. So, once that 2 hour countdown (that’s right, they get 2 hours, since you can’t really make a 6 layer cake in one), begins, and immediately the shit hits the fan. And 99% of that shit is Hooch.

She. Goes. Batshit. And, in fairness, that’s really giving guano a bad name. Does she go home? Come back for the recap to find out!

Also, Ben cries tears of happiness. Yeah, he doesn’t go home. And FOR FUCK’S SAKE, can someone knife Suzy?

Dangerously

Dangerously is a Southern boy misplaced in windy Chicago. He spends most of his time wandering around Chicago hoping for a random encounter with Graham Elliot...(I bet that guy gives the best hugs!).

Yeah, I wanted to hurt Suzy something awful, too… Seriously, can she be THAT big of a d-bag?

Christian was also acting like a major wad this time. Someone get him to a methadone clinic, stat!

Yeah, Hooch was in full effect last night. I was SHOCKED when she actually hugged Esther (it makes me believe that the crazy is too busy to hold grudges).

I do have to say thought, for pure entertainment value, I wish the other team had to do the cake challenge. It would have been more interesting (Except for the lack of Hooch — in fact, I think they should clone Hooch so she could be on EVERY team. Hell, make more clones of her and stick on on every reality show — imagine Hooch on So You Think You Can Dance. That way, when she’s on the losing end, we get to watch the crazy.)

Oh, and when Suzy said “I just got served a big piece of humble pie”, my first reaction was “Like you’d know what that tastes like.”

Knowing her dumb ass, she’d eat the humble pie, then spend 45 minutes explaining how she could make it better.

God, Suzy is such a bitch! She was totally cracking me up in this episode. I loved when she came to the realization that maybe, just maybe, there was another contestant that might be better than her. it was like this thought had never occurred to her before. Her and Hooch make this show. Hooch is crazy!

Kozar, wasn’t that the funniest moment of Suzie Deluded? Her head is why cast iron pans were invented. Bam!!

Hooch is crazy – I am waiting for her to start flinging knives around.

What is the deal with Errrrrrrryn? Has he been hiding under a pile of aprons in the corner for every challenge in the last few weeks? And if they do give him some face time, it’s the generic, “Glad my team won or else I’d be at risk for going home.” Great insight! Good thing you don’t have anything smart or funny to say or else you’d be a risk of getting on TV.
