Hello, Gasmii. Once again, we’ve got another pretty boring episode of “Million Dollar Listing LA.” All three of our agents are trying to sell a house for someone who thinks said house is worth more than it really is. Also, JA just keeps following the other agents. Even JF is annoyed with him. I trust JF’s judgment. If he thinks you’re a douche bag, you really are a douche bag.

Speaking of douche bags – HOLY SHIT DOES JA ATTRACT ALL OF THEM!!! Last week with Jamie and this week with John. I imagine the smell of vinegar is always surrounding JA. Then, when we see JA confront Madison (again), we see that he probably did deserve for someone to treat him like shit. Why the hell isn’t Heather fighting her own battles? I can’t even deal with this anymore. That’s why this minicap is short. If I said everything I wanted to say, this would be 30 pages long.

It’s been a lot of episodes without Grandma Edith. That is not cool. However, I am working on a TVgasm Investigates piece about Grandma Edith and the book A Simple Girl (thanks for the idea, TV Junkie!).

Aside from making fun of reality television on a weekly basis, PopePhilly is a legal assistant by day and avid kickball player by night (well, at least on Thursdays).     I know it was rehearsed but I loved when JF said “I nailed all the furniture down so you and your gf can’t throw it at anyone”.

    Impeccable, and I really used to hate that guy. Who knew he’d be the best in a few years’ time?

    Miss Mia, you’re so right. I watched WWHL (gag – I never watch that shit anymore) but JF was totally funny. Especially when Andy called him out for saying “the s word” for the second time. JF is a hoot and I’d totally spend time with him.

    @OutHouseCat: I’m so sad I didn’t get to watch WWHL! I wanted to so badly, but that was WAY past my bedtime. I’ve become an old lady with my sleeping habits lately.

    @PopePhilly, JA called in since he supposedly could not be in New York. I don’t recall him saying much other than to keep in douche mode by ragging Madison about his cruel treatment of Heather. I had entertained the notion that the fights between Madison and JA had been staged, but last night on WWHL, Madison looked genuinely pissed.

    Really, Derek? Ithought Madison looks genuinely confused, dumb, and naive all at the same time.

    Not the brightest bulb, that one.

    But at least he doesn’t emanate smarmy douche.

    I loved when Madison called that shi# Bag JA out when Ja said you owe Heather money DUDE … JA had the nerve to call and say great job Madison for your one sale this year..and our newest hero( Madison) said really.. if I only had one sale this year than think what you are saying, use your mind…how could I then owe Heather all this money for saleSSSSSS that closed after she left my employ…not all the same words he used, but the point is made.. JA is an idiot sh#t Bag like his stupid dogs and “girlfriend” ( did you all notice JF rolling his eyes when JA called) I am sooo loving JF
    I also thought scripted or not..Josh F. had the best line about nailing down the furniture..
    I also loved the caller who suggested that JA needs a few lessons in manners and life from Edith. ..I think an Edith intervention is a good idea…
    I also noticed that Michael L. (throws like a girl!!LOL..he couldn’t or wouldn’t hit JA’s face)..Now to go out to my door step and check for my A Simple Girl book

    Now I need to track down the WWHL episode! I’m sure I can find it.

    @TV Junkie: I think Grandma Edith needs to throw us (probably her two biggest fans) an intervention for no other reason than our lives aren’t as fabulous as they could be with her in them! I also think you’re right about the JA smell. If it truly was douche, that would insinuate he was clean.

    Josh Flagg was listed #9 out of the best 30 realtors in the US. (A young Trump was closer to the 30 mark)
    ..and guess what shit smelling bully wasn’t even on the list????? You got it big mouth JA…
    There were several others listed in LA ..come on BRAVO take JA off the show and replace he with a good looking , real real estate agent…PLEASE DUMP JA
    PS I still am waiting for my A Simple Girl book…………

    Bad news!!!!
    ..I just read on yahoo.com that the horrific JA is the one who scores the deal with our beloved Fredrick (MDLNY) OMG the spot we have all being waiting for… Fredrick to appear on MDL LA …is tainted with JA…I guess JA comes to the Big Apple…hope it is not the UEA, but sure it is……why oh ,why wasn’t it the good Josh???? Since I am sure this was all set up by BRAVO…also do any of you watch Selling NY or LA on HGTV..it is a great show….
