rwlv ep 6 minicap


All things considered, this episode was a bit tamer than last week’s.  Also, sadly, I was not eating ice cream while I watched it.  That being said, there were plenty of things going on in this episode.  For starters, Roy Lee got pissed at everyone for babying Adam all the time and just started breaking shit to prove a point.  Of course, he ended up cleaning it up himself a little while later.  Adam, on the other hand, woke up to find out that someone dirtied his shoes, and he was not happy about this turn of events.  Gee, I wonder whose fucking fault that could possibly be.  He then napped through work.  Thankfully, the next day, he was banned from their favorite club.  And the day after that, he was kicked out of the Hard Rock!

I doubt any of you will be surprised to know that Nany has learned absolutely nothing from all of this.  She cuddled up with Adam the day after he almost hit her, acting like nothing had happened.  Then, when he was kicked out, she cried and cried and lamented the fact that she hadn’t told him how she felt about him before he left.  BUT WAIT!  He hadn’t left Vegas yet, and she called him and he kind of asked her out on a date before he left.  So they had dinner, and sat by a fire, and banged in a hotel room that didn’t have night vision cameras and microphones in the headboards.  And I’m sure this would all be really sweet if we weren’t so aware of what a goddamn douchebag Adam is.

On the bright side (well, the other bright side that didn’t involve Adam getting kicked out), we got lots of MikeMike time and also some MikeMike/Leroy time.  Our dear little Mikey touched a porn star’s fake boobs!  And he dirty danced with girls at da club!  And got one of them to write her phone number (well, a phone number, no telling if it was real) in his nether region!  But then our poor MikeMike felt guilty, just like back when he first got there and he read to those girls from his prayer book.  So he hasn’t been fully corrupted yet.  He and Roy Lee have a nice moment in which RL tells him to be himself and not try to be RL, since RL doesn’t always treat girls right.  It’s all too much self-awareness for my Real World-addled brain to handle.  Come back for the full recap, which I will have as soon as I can beat my computer into submission long enough to write it.  Oh, and MikeMike also built a fort!  It was awesome.

    I want to feel bad for Nany, because girls like her tend to end up with douchebags because of low self-esteem. But after last night, I just want to shake her by her shoulders and give her a Come to Jesus talk. That she wouldn’t listen to anyways.

    Leroy and Mike! Those two need a show of their own.

    All I can say is the Fort of Sex-clusion is a hit! So was that pic last week, but the episode even if was tame, kinda sorta nearly got us rid of Adam…so i’ll take it. MikeyMike is fast becoming my favorite nerd…er, Real Worlder…and I DO mean nerd in a positive way!!!

    Based on the After show Nany has come to her senses and realized what a douche Adam is. I’m glad that Adam is gone because if I had to deal with another Rammi type relationship I am would soon have been considered a bulimic.

    @Classy drunk yes orrrrr she’s like Sammi and is TRAUMATIZED but then will hook up with him as soon as he smacks her followed by baby I love you, you know I didn’t mean to hurt you.
    I’m glad she realized how dumb she is/looked but will she seek the help she really needs.

    I know this is only a mini-cap, but VA, what of Zito’s homophobic outburst, no gay guys in the house? And, what of Teacup’s stance of not wanting to hook up with a bisexual guy? I so cannot wait until his “secret” past is revealed because I want Teacup to save herself from a bipolar hypocrite like Zito.

    Derek: I’m betting that he was paranoid of being recognized at the fetish ball/porn convention (he couldn’t get out of there fast enough) and went into major “NO HOMO!” mode just in case someone leaked his true identity.

    I’m with c8h10n4o2, I think Dustin made all those homophobic remarks because he was afraid of being found out. He didn’t want a gay guy roommate because there’s a chance the guy would recognize him from his porn days.

    And MikeMike and RL are just too cute for words! LOVE how supportive RL is of MikeMike and his decision to stick with his morals. Most past RealWorlders would be doing confessionals about how lame MikeMike is because he doesn’t want to bang a different chick every night. Their bromance is the BEST! :)

    @ C8H10N4O2 and Jersey J, you guys are probably right about not wanting to be recognized. Really, though, I just feel so bad for Teacup…. she’s had sex with Zito under false pretenses and I hope she hates his guts for using her like that. Even if he is “straight” he should still disclose vital information that could possibly change someone’s decision to be intimate.

    The bromance is actually one of the few things that is consistently enjoyable about this season. I’m glad Nany even admitted on the Aftershow that she realized what an asshole user Adam was and that RL had her back, even if she couldn’t see it at the time. I can respect Nany for using hindsight to realize she was in a highly emotional period and after some time, can see that she was also being used.

    Why do the clips for next week show them attacking the new girl and screaming that she’s nothing more than a replacement? Have they been watching Bad Girls Club?
