Who’s arm is that returning from the depths of the sea?  

How many spent the first part of the season premiere of Revenge waiting with baited breath for the arrival of Victoria Grayson? When she opened the door of her palatial, rustic “cabin” and I saw her – so carefully coifed and beautifully botoxed, I gave a huge sigh of relief. Not that I believed her to have been in any real danger, but still – it was nice to see the true wicked witch of ABC back in fine form.

Back to the Hamptons, y’all! And with extra Jennifer Jason Leigh for good measure! When we get Victoria and Mama in the same room, you know we are going to have some fireworks (the 4th of July episode perhaps?)

Everyone is back among the living (except poor Amber Valetta?), with Charlotte in rehab and Victoria in hiding. Amanda has been in super secret Ninja training with Takeda, Nolan is butching it up at the local Y, Daniel is getting it on with the former help Ashley, Charlotte is in luxury rehab – and the list goes on and on.


You know you love her

The most important thing is that it looks like we are in for some damn good twists and turns this season focusing on the search for and introduction to Mommie Dearest.


This will be Revenge-tastic!

    so glad this show is back! i love how they did the victoria reveal-in the middle of the episode with no fanfair. i admit i had no idea that’s what charlotte was sharing. i like that charlotte made them allies of a sort, and that charlotte and victoria have been communicating this whole time (although i honestly think victoria is using her just as much as conrad is). poor charlotte, hopefully emily will break her out of rehab.

    i have no idea who’s in the boat. the obvious answers are jack or declan, so of course i don’t think it’s either of them. and i love the nolan/ emily pajama party going on .

    yay for more Revenge! That is all. Loved the episode. Love this show. My husband watched a minute of it with me and asked if Emily was Batman. Yes, yes she is.

    I don’t know who is in the boat, but my guess is Fake Amanda. Even though it looked like a man hand/arm. They got to get rid of her and/or the baby somehow. Probably too gruesome though. So maybe……..Conrad?

    Yeah!! Its back! Awesome first episode. I can’t believe Daniel and that girl (can’t remember her name) are together. Poor Jack! He’s so sad. Funny how Dechlan is stepping up to be the responsible one.

    There were some twists that shocked me lastnight!! But Takeda is a different actor this time around, no? Yay for Nolan finally getting a haircut!

    Does anyone else think Ashley is doin ole Conrad? That is the impression I got from his little chat with Daniel…

    Conrad’s expectations of Ashley’s services were made clear last season when he hired her after Victoria had fired her.

    i’m raising my hand to your first questioning, regarding victoria’s reappearance. i actually started to worry after a while! by the way, i like how she stated that the government was putting her up in hiding, but i’m pretty sure that in reality the government would be shelling out for, like, the holiday inn. that was funny.

    also, did anyone else think fauxmanda’s little sassy pose as she appeared at the top of the boat would SO not be something an 8-months-pregnant woman would be able to do? i felt like she should have toppled backwards. or maye i just wished she would have.

    i’m looking forward to seeing more of what this season will bring. it’s like crack.

    I’m thinking the arm belongs to either Victoria’s murdering sidekick dude, or that guy with Takeda who wanted to help Emily. We shall see…

    I understand they had to change the actor who played Takeda b/c of complications with the Wolverine movie, but I couldn’t believe they didn’t offer any semblance of an explanation. Did they think American audiences just wouldn’t notice that they traded out Asian actors? I was so confused.

    @jessi — possibly. being 2 minorities (though as well as caucasian) i’m no longer surprised at how many people blend in other ethnic backgrounds into one “ethnic” person. or even better, “exotic.” hahahaha.
