Minicap: Tabatha Takes Over

Howdy, Gasmii!  Well, here we are at Salon Deco in Atlanta for the penultimate ep for this season.  And it was historic – never has Tabs not included staff in her final recommendations.  Yet this time, her recommendations were all about the owner, Kim.

Princess Kim, who clearly thinks she is overworked and overburdened, has somehow convinced her husband to raid his 401K to finance her salon.  It sounded like the 401K was basically empty.  So there goes their future.  Buh-bye!  Despite this, Princess Kim can’t be bothered to show up for work, because taking care of 2 kids – 2, people! – is apparently a 24/7 job.  She’s trying her best, you know! Waaaahhh.

The staff were great.  Standout was of course Brook who is delightfully goofy and, as we learned, wants to be a kangaroo (and apparently sees Tabs as a kangaroo too.  Crikey!)  Finally, someone besides me makes an Australian joke.  Thank you!  Phyllis, who is clearly super competent, was a pleasure to see; and Amber was keen to learn.  What a refreshing change from pretty much every other salon ever!
