Minicap: The Bachelor

Greetings, Gasmii! It’s the penultimate episode of “The Bachelor.” Next week, we will know which of the remaining ladies Sean proposes to – Catherine or Lindsay. First, we have to listen to (dramatic pause) “The Women Tell All.”

And we’ll find out if Tierra has gained control of her eyebrows!

I’ll be 100% honest, I didn’t get to see the episode yet. I got stuck in crazy amounts of traffic while driving from PA to VA and got home just as the show was ending. However, I’m pretty sure I can guess what happened – at least enough for a minicap. First, I bet we talk to a bunch of women that no one cares about (there was a Robyn on this show, right?) Then, we talk to some of the women we did care about! There are probably hints about Des, Sarah, or Lesley being the next “Bachelorette” because this show refuses to hang out with anyone who is not a part of “The Bachelor Nation.” Tierra continues to be a Seaward and just delusional while the other women yell at her. We’ll also hear about how AshLee still has a lot of abandonment issues and they’re now worse because Sean broke up with her.

Did I get that right? I’ll sit down and watch the show/start writing the full recap tomorrow (Tuesday). Until then, check out last week’s recap if you haven’t already!

    LOL prettttttty close!
I picked up on HUGE hints about Des being the next Bachelorette, is anyone with me there? She even was like “And I’m taking those lessons with me into… the next… thing.”
WHERE was Tierra’s dent??? Where did it go??? I have to know!
And does anyone else think that AshLee always had fake boobs, but she seems to have gotten them… augmented?

    Great guessing!
@Dashley, I thought I picked up on that as well in regards to Des..either her or Sarah. Des’s attitude was great – she’s either just that way or she DOES have something up her sleeve. I’d like to see her as a Bachelorette.
AshLee on the other hand: annoying. Let it go!!! Can’t believe she wouldn’t drop the questioning. Ya know what? He probably DID say it; he probably said it to all of them at one time or another to make them feel good. Wish he’s admitted it and/or said to the her, especially after break, “See this? THIS is why you didn’t get that rose!!” Even my fiance, who had her picked as a fave, said that totally turned him off (PopePhilly, I’m waiting for you to watch the whole eppy so I’m trying to be vague). And yes, boobs loked bigger!!
    TierraDent definitely MIA.

@Dashley: Maybe Selma set Tierra up with her plastic surgeon.

@Roxy (and everyone, really): No need to be vague for my sake. I’ve read other recaps and I have a good idea of what happened. Besides, it’s not like anything earth shattering happened on this episode, so there are no spoilers that would ruin my day. It’s always nice to stay vague on the minicap for the sake of other readers who may not have seen the show, however. :)

I also noticed that Desiree commented that she was still open to love, which is like word for word script for the bachelorette. I will be shocked if it isn’t her.

AshLee came off like a crazy lady. I’m sure whether or not Sean said those exact words, he said something to lead her on, purposefully or not. But I think she also heard what she wanted to as well and may have twisted words slightly as well. Regardless, she came off looking much worse than before.

I also noticed the lack of Tierra’s dent. Horribly dissapointing.

Ugh, the audio cut out on the video I was watching, so I’ve only seen half of this episode… or about five minutes, because I kept falling asleep. I did enjoy how earnestly Chris Hostdouchison proclaimed this as the “best Bachelor season ever,” as if he doesn’t say this every year.

But truly, these “ladies” are even more boring live than they were on the show. I can’t say I blame them, it’s hard to be interesting when you’re competing for the affections of a …. Sean.

I think they just used some extra spackle on Tierra. At least she apologized!

Poor Ashlee… she might as well wear a giant clock a la Flavor Flav… set the hands to 12 o’clock…

Dont care for Desiree,,, I liked her at first but the more I see her the more I dislike her. Just a FYI if she does become the next Bachelorette, noone will submit for it because of her jackass of a brother. He dont like anyone. I say pick Ashlee or Leslie for the next bachelorette. Both of them are great.. or even Sarah.

Now that I finally finished watching the Women Tell ZZzzzz… I’ve been saying all season that Sean seems to go above and beyond in leading these women on… it’s pretty clear that he said SOMETHING to Ashlee during their overnight “date” – and I’m willing to be he said exactly what she claims he said. I think he just was too much of a bumblehead to play the “don’t say anything commital” game the Bachelors are supposed to play.

But let’s see… they chose Des, Sarah and AshLee for the “hot seat.” So I’m guessing the next Bachelorette comes either from them or the final rejectee. Here’s hoping they pick a gal who puts out!
