Cheese.  Cheese. Cheeeeeese.

As hard to watch as last week’s Quickfire was, this one was as glorious and delicious.  It was simply, “Create your most masterful cheese dish.”  Also, please do it with the best cheese known to man.  Friends, I have cut out soda.  I have cut out fast food.  My closest grocery store is a Whole Foods, so while I can’t afford it, I’ve cut out inorganic foods.  I don’t eat chips anymore, I eat almonds.  My cheat?  My one cheat?  It is cheeeeeese.  Buttery triple cremes, moldy blues, crunch parms, I love it all.  Traci wins the Quickfire with a cheese CARPACCIO.  I’m not even sure how that’s possible, but my shirt was wet from the drool that dripped from my mouth watching the first ten minutes of this episode.  So good.

Then the elimination challenge was about creating food for contestants on “The Biggest Loser.”  Their favorite fatty foods were transformed into healthy foods, and nearly every meal was depressing to look at.  Hate to say it, but there are some things that will just never be substituted.  Fried chicken is one.  Bacon cheeseburger is another.  Anywho, it’s a very classic case of the contestants loving a dish and the judges hating it.  Mary Sue, Suvir and Alex are in the bottom and all of their Biggest Loser Buddies love their meals.  Except for Suvir’s.  Though I will say, she might have been put off by his soapbox-y, anti-red meat spiel given before the presentation of his meal.

If she wasn’t, the judges sure were, and he’s sent home, much, much MUCH to my dismay.  Not to Hughnibrow’s though.  Read the recap on Monday to find out why!!!

Hey Alejandra. I found out that Suvir’s farm he has is less than an hour from where I live in the Adirondacks. I recognized the city on the sign. I thought of you and was waiting for you to post so I could tell you. I giggled like a school girl. It was embarrassing.

I hope Mary Sue picks it up. I hate seeing her in the bottom. :( It was a sad episode all around.

I’m not sure what I missed, but for whatever reason, Suvir never struck me as entertaining or interesting. So…I was OK with him going.

My love for Hughnibrow grows stronger with every episode, though! :D

I’m sad about Suvir going and I will miss him so much, but it was the right thing to do. He totally was not thinking about the client at all, and his spiel was so unnecessary. I agree that people should be eating less beef, but there are other delicious meats that are healthier and can act as substitutes. Like, if he could have done a really flavorful and juicy turkey burger, I’m sure she would have been satisfied with that and he still would not have been serving red meat. It’s called compromise, Suvir.

I’m so grateful that Hughnibrow (best nickname ever!!!) was uneliminated. I love that man, and the show would definitely not be as good if he wasn’t here.
I also really like George for some reason. I hope that he can just keep making nice food, because I feel like he has been underachieving in the competition so far.

Andy Cohen must read here cause he totally stole your Hughinbrow on WWHL Sunday night. He acted like he was the one who came up with the nickname. Poser!!!
