At six and a half months pregnant, Denise Richards has filed for divorce for “actor” husband Emelio Estevez, or Martin Sheen or Charlie Sheen…the one who was in Ferris Bueller. Richards sites irreconcilable differences. Main thing they differ on is how many women Charlie is allowed to bang while pretending he’s working extra hours. The couple already has one child, Sam who is 11 1/2 months old. When reached for comment he had this to say “Goo!”

UPDATE – FIND INFORMATION ON THE PRE-NUP AFTER THE JUMPAccording to THE GLOBE in 1992 — “Apparently it was Martin Sheen that came up with the idea for his badboy son as a way to put his womanizing ways behind him. She’d get $2 million in a divorce and another $2 million if he cheats.”

    Sam is a girl, however, she does look like Charlie, so not a very cute girl.

    I wonder why they are seperating. I think it’s sad. One kid & one on the way. If it was because he was cheating, well then what an ass. But I don’t see anything that points to that.

    it must have been something bad if it caused her to file for divorce while pregnant. wouldnt be surprised if he cheated on her..

    I seem to remember something about their pre-nup containing a clause that stated that if he cheated, she got $X amount of money…Does anyone else remember this?

    I think the pre-nup you are thinking of is Michael Douglas / Catherine Zeta-Jones.

    But Ma-Sheen and Nipples weren’t married until a couple of years ago. Like two years ago, not in 1992.

    wow. what a shock. charlie sheen–the guy who pretty much singlehandedly kept heidi fleiss in business, a guy who dated strippers and pornstars for years and who is widely known as one of hollywood’s most inveterate poonhounds–couldn’t hold his marriage together. guess denise finally had to break it to him that she only does girl-on-girl during the first trimester.

    hmmm…. J-unit, is it just me, or is it difficult to get the proper visual without knowing what Genevieve looks like?

    maybe its time for the annual TvGasm PhotoGasm contest…when our readers take a photo of themselves creativly displaying their appreciation for TvGasm…you know…that one we do every year? like…ummm…last year….that kid from new dehli sent us…..ummm…that thing….no? not working? sigh…ok Im gonna go finish my write up on Amish in the City now.
