More Big Ang please!
This episode was kind of dull because there was no Big Ang. But, we did get to see Karen lie about how the sit down with Carla went. What I love is how Karen and CousinSuckUp keep bringing everything back to Drita. I am starting to think that the real reason Karen was angry with the Drita/Lee situation is that she has some unresolved issues regarding her feelings for Drita.
I know, I know. This is how rumors get started right? But, seriously, all she does is talk about Drita. And all CousinSuckUp does is talk about Drita. So, that conversation was re-hashed over and over again with Karen’s descriptions becoming less and less believable.
Karen decides to have a spa party and volunteers Renee’s house. Even Renee looked shocked when Karen started making plans for where everything would be set up without ever asking if she could use Renee’s house for it. But, Renee is pretty much a pushover and goes along with it. I love that Renee is always so willing to bend over backwards for people, but I hate that it leaves her such an easy target for users like Karen and Junior.
Speaking of Junior, apparently CousinSuckUp has been saying some crap about him being a loser and it has gotten back to Renee. I’m not clear on the exact details, but it sounds like Drita told Renee’s sister-in-law that CousinSuckUp said these things and Drita confirmed it to Renee. That’s going to be an interesting conversation. I wonder if CousinSuckUp is just going to do her standard “Drita is a liar.” Or, if she will actually own up to what she said?
Renee’s dad is out of prison and at the halfway house with home visitations on weekends. Renee is worried about going to see him because he is still not speaking to her for doing the show and possibly re-friending Karen. Poor Renee. It sucks watching this knowing what happens. I feel so bad for her and AJ.
Karen, once again decides to put her fame whoring above raising her daughter. She tells Karina that she will be sending her back to Arizona while she continues to engage in petty bullying and shit stirring for our entertainment.
Drita cleans out Lee’s stuff because she has signed the divorce papers and put them in the mail. Now, her biggest issue is having to tell her kids about it.
That’s really all I have for now. I was too busy celebrating my birthday to be too assed to care all that much about the show last night. But, I will say this: I really wish Vh1 would stop trying to make CousinSuckUp happen. She brings absolutely nothing to the party and we would all be much better off without having to see her.

Thanks Classy. I was kind of worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a mini in because I was too busy celebrating. But, not even being drunk could stop me from calling Karen out as a liar. I was actually tempted to write “Karen is a liar and a horrible mother,” and call it day. But, I don’t think that would have been any fun for you guys.

I wonder if we have similar temperaments? Like do you love drama when it’s happening to other people? And do you really have a low tolerance for bullshit, but are otherwise pretty easy going? I only ask because my sister was also born in January, but she is a Capricorn and her temperament is to snatch a bitch first and ask questions later – usually while she is putting her shoes and joorey back on…
Hey Plath, my birthday is Jan. 21st and my temprament sounds like yours. I find Capricorns (my mom) and Aquarians to be very different. The after show thingy was pretty fluffy. Can I just say that I heat Renee? That bitch was made for reality TV.
@sardini hahaha is your mom quick to snatch a bitch for getting out of line too? I thought my sister was a one-off! Happy belated birthday! And, I totally agree that Renee was made for reality tv. I think her sister has probably watched her all their lives and kept thinking, “We could totally make millions if I just put you in front of the camera being your drag queen self.” And now, they have a reality show.
Thanks for the head’s up on the after show. I don’t want to waste time on it if it doesn’t bring anything new to the table – CousinSuckUp already offers plenty of that.

Happy Birthday, PlathAddict! My son’s birthday is February 1st – I guess he’s a January/February “cusp Aquarius.” He has your same attributes plus he is way too generous toward others – often to his detriment. Drives me nuts. Maybe that’s a February thing.

I am very much laid back. But I think that is more because I am older and I would rather spend my time laughing.
On a shallow note…I recently had either an allergic reation to something, or my lips got sunburned, but one morning I woke up and my lips were HUGE. It was awful. I had Big Ang lips!
By the time I got back from my workout the swelling had gone down. I told Rodel about it and said I looked like a freak and if my lips were swollen up like that the next morning he had to agree to wake up and take a picture!

I was so bummed with the lack of Big Ang! 20 minutes into it i was like “Where’s Big Ang??!!”. At least we got to see her a little on the Sit Down. My 3 fav’s!
Just a side note to all the Big Ang lovers: My friend LOVES Big Ang and she and i are both facebook friends with her as well. Well, my friend just lost her dog of 13 years (not a PAWMAWRANIAN though), so i sent Ang a message telling her and asking if she could just send my friend a “hello” and SHE DID! she posted on her wall that she heard about the loss of her dog and she hope’s she feels better. It totally cheered my friend up, and it made us love her even more. How sweet is that? i figure she has so many people msg’ing her that she probably wouldn’t even read it. so, just thought i’d share that here because i know how much we all love her!!
i would seriously love a Big Ang spinoff. I loved how in The Sit Down she said people come in and just stare at her. She’s so funny, and i will say it again: I LOVE the way everyone (esp Drita) lights up when they are around her. I do too~!
