She’s Dressed in Yellow, she says Hello…Have you guys seen this promo’d all over MTV yet? It’s Celebrity Rap Superstar! In this series, eight celebrity contestants will pair up with a rap mentor who will show them the “rap” ropes. The celebs will compete each week covering famous rap songs and creating their own originals…and of course like every elimination show, the person with the least amount of votes each week gets a cap in their ass.

Unfortunately, the only person that I’ve seen promo’d so far is Perez Hilton, and he looks like a fat baby with a “dirty Sanchez” (for those of you that don’t know what a dirty Sanchez is…don’t bother looking it up. You’ll lose respect for me. If you had any. Dirty Sanchez). For God sakes Perez, CLEAN UP! You’re on television! When he opened his mouth I saw a few flies escape. I feel very sorry for those flies. :-(

Others that are going to grace us on this show will be: Redman, Bizarre, Too Short, Bubba Sparxx, Kurupt, Jamal Anderson, Jason Wahler, Efren Ramirez, DMC, Tone Loc, Warren G, McLyte, Da Brat, Shar Jackson, Kendra Wilkinson, Sebastian Bach, Countess Vaughn and Kevin Hart. Wait. What?

In related news, Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style premiers Sept 6 on Bravo.

K-Fed baby mamma Shar Jackson should be pretty interesting, too.

The shirt says it all.

Btw…Is it just me, or is MTV is really trying to hit their “urban” market? Yo Momma, now Celebrity Rap Superstar? What’s next??? A remake of Good Times??? Now, there’s an idea. I’d watch that show again. Especially if JWahl was starring. “HEY HEY HEY!”

Catch Celebrity Rap Superstar‘s live premier Thursday, August 30th at 10PM ET

About

Although comedy is her profession, Nadine has accomplished a lot in her young age. She is a national champion black belt, a world-class soccer player, and an avid snowboarder. She started playing soccer at the age of 4, and continued playing through college where she majored in Biology, but quickly realized her destiny was to tell jokes, not to wear a lab coat. So she decided to be funny while finishing her Bachelors Degree in biology and continued on to get her M.B.A. Nadine’s comedy style is much like her athleticism, fearless. She’s made her way up the comedy ladder very quickly, and has become a club favorite at many of the country’s top comedy clubs, including the Improv chain. Performing in the Boston Comedy Festival and being noted as the “one of the youngest and brightest up and comers” and traveling to the Middle East to entertain the troops are just a few of her notable accomplishments. These days Nadine splits time between the stage, a radio studio, her computer blogging, and a television studio. Nadine’s TV, Radio, Writing credits include: national commercials, talking head roles on E! Entertainment, Showtime’s Hot Tamales Live, The Skinny: Fat Free News, The Sunny Side of The Truth: Real World Hollywood, TVgasm, Zazreport, Daddy’s Girls, Jerseylicious, celebrity interviews on Mania TV, a weekly half-hour television show that syndicates to colleges across the country for National Lampoon and a nightly radio show on XM Satellite Radio.
