Nashville Minicap: I’m hanging my head in shame

Deacon confesses to Coleman that he’s struggling with his sobriety. He had been holding onto CrackMom’s pills but he hands them over to Coleman before he flees. My three guesses as to what he does next 1. Porks Juliette senseless 2. Gets high/hammered 3. Has some kind of devastating bustup with Rayna.  Spoiler: I’m wrong on all three guesses.

Lamar gets his greasy tentacles around Peggy and he just looks so evil and self-satisfied. Is it wrong that I wish I was his 24 year old fictional trophy wife?

Deacon gets into a bar fight, ends up in jail, calls Rayna who refuses to take his call. She lies to Teddy and tells him there was no one on the line. That is some cold behaviour, all because he wouldn’t cave with that song. I get the feeling that wherever Lamar is, he’s getting a warm feeling in the region where his heart should be.

Juliette ends up bailing Deacon out and I have to ask: How many cars does this bitch have????

Episode wraps up with Teddy signing over his soul to Lamar and some sleazy photographer getting pictures of Teddy’s late-night chat with Peggy. I’ll be working on the full recap these next few days and I hope to have it up by the end of the weekend. Cheers, y’all.

“That is some cold behaviour, all because he wouldn’t cave with that song”

My take on this was that she had been bailing him out for years during his addiction and needed to stop in order to let go of Deacon and move forward with her life and her marriage. I don’t think it was because of the song.

I loved that dress. I must have it! I am living for her wardrobe on this show. I think they said it was for a makeup commercial. Probably like a Cover Girl type commercial, kinda had that feel. I kinda look like a younger Connie Britton so I could totally pull it off.

Deacon did two decent things this episode. I was shocked I tells ya! Man if Juliette does not want her furniture I will take it. I loved the way her “house” was decorated.
