timgunn.jpgTim Gunn, mentor, mother hen and breakout TV star from Bravo’s Project Runway, confirms he’ll be back for the next season.

Tim’s status has been up in the air, since he’s the only show regular who hasn’t signed on. When Bravo gave him his own spin-off show, more questions were raised, and last week, when he quit his longtime job at the Parsons design school, where the show is set, things just got confusing.

But New York magazine asked him straight out when they found him at Fashion Week:You have a new job at Liz Claiborne.
Will you still be on Project Runway?

Yeah! That’s part of the requirement. My requirement. I said to Bill McComb, if I can’t keep doing these things that are such incredible fun for me, then I wouldn’t want to do that.

    I saw Tim Gunn on Oprah today and he looked FABULOSO! Golly I miss him on my TV every week. PR would not be the same without him. Now wouldn’t it be great if he took Padmas job on Top Chef and worked with the Donald… He could even replace Rosie on the view and it would be better!
