Your bullshit network threatened to sue me if I stayed home.
So did you have fun, he asks her? No. She did not. And then it’s time to relive Caro’s explosion at trip’s end. We also get a way-back flashback of the Manzo family clustered around a picnic table reading about how the Olive Garden is more Italian then they are. The “it was a jooooooooke!” excuse is once again debated and discarded, and then finally it’s down to Caro yelling at Ter that she’s a disgrace, while Jacquee fake naps.
This reminds Caro that Ter called her “the C word” and that’s why she doesn’t accept her apology. Huh? Has anyone yet authored a RHONJ Guide To Bloodfueds From A to Z? Throw THE C WORD in there right after THE COOKBOOK. Ter naturally denies ever calling her that. “Yes, you did,” they all remind her in unison. She waves it away with the excuse that she was drinking wine. Love that one.
More yelling about how nobody’s perfect, and then Andy calls Jacquee to the stand to accuse her of not really sleeping through the fight. Somehow, this leads to Caro being called a bully. “Am I a bully?” Caro asks Andy.
He does admit to flashbacks of how the wrath toward Teresa got its start as the wrath for Danielle. Ter chimes in that she definitely thinks Caro is a bully, so Caro asks for one instance. Ter cannot come up with an answer. Finally, she simpers that it was just the whole season. Well, a whole season, Caro reasons – surely you can come up with one example?
“Well the viewers say you were,” is Ter’s triumphant answer. “When we die, the viewers will not be at our funerals,” is Caro’s morbid reply.
I’ll be at your funeral. Wearing a red dress and holding a plate of sprinkle cookies.
More yelling! Oh, the twists and turns this thing is taking. I really can’t hear what’s being said here at all. I pick it back up with Ter complaining that Caro is all “buddy buddy” with her family. Caro claims that she actually keeps arms’ length from Ter’s family to avoid accusations like this. “She’s bullying, she’s not bullying,’ yells Jacquee, snapping out of her Xanax stupor long enough to repeat whatever she just heard.
Caro keeps asking Ter for a bullying example, and with the “the viewer said so” one not flying, Ter now tries to tell her not accepting her apology over THE COOKBOOK was bullying. Well, it was manipulative and controlling, but I wouldn’t necessarily categorize it as bullying. All in all though, not a bad effort for Ter and her four, zebra-striped brain cells.
Chihuahua Andy has a new bone, and now he asks Ter why she thinks Caro won’t accept her apology. Ter replies that she guesses she never meant anything to Caro. Caro brings up when Ter’s bankruptcy news first became public, and that she was there for her then. But then Kat and Mel came into the picture…and then we’re off on some tangent where Caro is apologizing to Kat and Mel for being so mean to them when they first came on the scene.
