Last night, The Real Housewives of New Jersey tipped their hat to the gays. Rosie came out of the closet to her niece and nephew, who fell out of their chairs in shock. Then Caroline and Teresa made their way to Chicago to attend Caro’s gay brother’s gay wedding in the back yard of their gay tree house. Then possibly gay Midget Joe gave us all a gay cock shot.
Rosie’s gayness was up first. Kathy talked about how hard growing up was on her poor sister, and I don’t doubt it because the editors threw in the most unflattering memory pics they could find. Rosie didn’t have an awkward phase as a kid like the rest of us. She just has one really long one that never ends. God bless her heart. Her life would be as difficult if she craved peen. I blame humidity and a mother that didn’t give proper bra education more than lesbianism.
The next gay storyline was the gay wedding. This was basically an excuse to watch Juiced up Joe make offensive gay jokes while Teresa laughed and tried to convince America that her husband’s blatant homophobia is all in good fun. Doubtful, but it is definitely fun to watch. That guy’s a total prick and I hope Bravo finds a way to get cameras into prison for a Juicy spinoff, if only to edit in that “Greg has the loosest asshole here” comment over and over again as Joe stumbles around the yard dazed and bleeding after a caught on camera gang rape.
There was more than just gayness, though! We also found out that Lauren collects those neck pillows you get for plane rides. That’s one way to make your head look smaller, I guess. Points for creativity!

Just when I thought Juicy Joe couldn’t be a more vile, horrible, disgusting representation of the human race in general, I then saw the previews for next week.

I am not a Juicy fan or a Tre fan, but I also got pretty sick of the disgusted face silent treatment Greg and Caroline were pulling. Mostly Greg, he sucks up to Melissa and jumps in to stir sh*t so eagerly (like running over to ask about the latest the second Melissa showed up at the field day), he just looks like a bandwagon wannabe. I would probably also be miserable trapped in a bus with those two loud morons but his over-the-top attitude (notice the face and pullaway he had when Tre sat next to him on the porch swing) are just screaming for attention and so he can run home and report what a good friend he was to Melissa. Who is also a fake loud annoying biotch. Grow a pair Greg, you’re coming off like a lapdog.
I too saw Chris Laurita laughing his butt off at that comment, I’m curious if Al was there and if he laughed too? They are a pretty crude group of dudes. I think Tre was well aware of Caroline’s attitude but was trying to “play through” and overcompensate to thaw her out. Again, I’d probably be just as annoyed and I think she was far more subtle about it than Greg and was truly trying to get through the weekend (at least so far) but her camera interviews she’s the same old smug “wise one” spouting off on her power and righteousness.

Not sure what MrsMiaWallace was seeing when it comes to Greg, but based on the rest of her statement I smell a little Tre bias so I get it. I didn’t see any ‘faces’ he pulled with Teresa. What I did see was someone who was extremely uncomfortable around the Guidiuce. When he’s just around the Manzos (who are like a family to him, so that makes him relevant regardless of what anyone thinks), Lauritas, or even the Gorgas he’s funny, bubbly, and a little bitchy (which I love) because he’s comfortable with them. The minute he’s around some of the others he withdraws. I don’t think that was him snubbing Tre, I just saw an extremely uncomfortable person, which given what happened, is understandable.

. Tre and Juicy are awful people and always have been. That group of people has chosen to be friends with them for years. The first time Juicy uttered a gay slur on this show the only person who called him out was the villainess Danielle Staub. So Caroline can keep her fake indignation for all I care.
Of course Greg could’ve and should’ve said something at the time and I feel bad that he was called out and made uncomfortable by that baboon. I am one thousand times more of a Greg fan than Tre or Juicy, but his behavior this whole season is gleeful bandwagon bashing of the Giudices and my guess is its solely for camera time. I put Lauren in that same boat, they are young, they need lives outside of their parents’ suburban drama. Maybe I criticize Greg instead of Tre because I expect more from him. I also think Melissa is getting a good edit and will turn out to be just as conniving as Teresa accuses. They are cut from the same trashy cloth as far as I can tell. I don’t want to see Greg (or anyone) rushing to kiss their asses when in another season we will probably see they are just as despicable as the Giudices.
@ fancyface, I am not a Tre fan, she is so bad it is hard to comment on bc she is not like Real People. Real People I hold to higher standards. There are a lot of irritating individuals on this show and my point was that Tre and Juicy suck the CLASS out of any room with their loud braying and inane “jokes”. And that for anyone to come across poorly with them around proves how flawed this clan is.
I get that you love Greg, he has a lot of great attributes that I have liked on past season(s?). If you see him as being quiet and uncomfortable, ok. I see a lot of passive aggressive “cool kid” behavior that is really more based on Tre and Juicy being out with the Manzos. One thing I have always liked about Jackie, even if I think shes nuts, is she doesn’t really get pressured into who to talk to or be friends with very easily. She stood by both Danielle and Tre until she had reason not to under lots of social pressure from Caroline. Of course she is older and less impressionable than Greg so maybe I should cut him slack?

I am so glad Duhreesa cleared that up about what Juicy said about Greg. He wasn’t being homophobic. He was just calling Greg a slut. We do that all the time with my friends. A breeze blows by and we blame it on whoever has been the most friendly in the past week. Then we all laugh.
While Joe has said some reprehensible things in the past, this one didn’t offend me quite as much. Joe seemed like he was just trying to bust Greg’s balls but when he realized he took it too far he apologized.
