When cornered, Fauxmanda lives up to her potential awesomeness by once again acting the shit out of the situation – she was only with Jack to get back at the Graysons (hmm, sound potentially familiar? Ems?).

Victoria shows up at the Stowaway! I mean…really? Wow – she asks Charlotte and…gulp…Declan to come to the Grayson Labor Day Party. Sweet? And then she plants the gun that she used to kill Crowley underneath Jack and Faux’s bed. Oh yeah – do not let her in your bedroom – ever.

FYI – Aiden and Padma somehow join up over the mystery disappearances of their family member. OK – cool. Just, keep them away from the important stuff.

Jack gets shot. Faux sends him out in the dingy and then she has had it – decides to kick the pump – flooding the SS Amanda.


I mean – this was the beginning of the sadness, right?

Labor Day party! Initiative #2 shows up and I love and appreciate whoever cast him because he is such a better bad guy. And Torchwood…


He’s just creepy enough – right?

And Conrad announces his candidacy for governor.  Oooook….


WHY is Ashley in that picture?  

Emily arrives on the SS Her Real Name just in time to kick the shit out of RyBro #2. I love when he says “Who are you?” Exactly, dude. Exactly.

The gunfire hits the propane, Ems and Faux start to abandon ship, but Faux tries to rescue a necklace that Ems gave to her back in juvie.

RyBro #2 lights up the boat and the two girls are thrown.


I’m a little sad about the SS Amanda – so what?

The real Emily Thorne is mortally hurt. Amanda Clarke (for real) comes up from the water. She tries to save (the real) Emily Thorne. They say “I love you.” Amanda Clarke dies – and goes down into the drink.  

 

OK – so, I had to have a memorial for Emily/Amanda/Fauxmanda :

 

She was the life of the party!


Until she was the pregnant-est of the party.


UNTIL she was the bad-ass bitch/best-est of the party!

What did you guys think?  Are we back on track?  Are we sad about Fauxmanda?  Or even the SS Amanda?  Is REVENGE back on the mutha-f’in-track?  I think so!

    i HOPE we’re back on track. i’m just concerned there will continue to be some stupid emily/jack story that noooooo one needs or wants. i’d rather he have gone down with the ss amanda than fauxmanda. but at least that annoying ryan brother is also gone, and that means THAT storyline is over — THANK GOD!!!

    I was just starting to like Fauxmanda too. I wanted to punch her bc I thought she was going back for the seaglass necklace from Jack. My heart melted when I realized it was Em’s.

    How creepy was that pic of Ry-Bro #2? It was like in the Grudge, when you see that lady hiding in every pic.

    Ashley looks like she’s auditioning for Jackie O.

    When Exactly did Faux get shot? I remember her going back for the necklace, and then RYbro#2 flipping open his zippo, but when did he shoot her?

    Looking forward to March 3rd or 10th when ever it gets back on…Em’s is totes going all Revengie again! I hope she brings out the Red Sharpie of Doom!

    I don’t think Faux got shot. In think it she was hit by something from the boat when it blew up….

    Faux rocked this episode. I hope they address Ashley being saved from being a whore (so to speak) by Ems….

    I want to hang out with Nolan. Between the two of us the snarky-ness would be off the charts!!!!

    I’m super sad Faux died :( . She had moments where she was stupid and reckless, but she was still great in my book. It should have been Declan!

    I don’t think he shot her. I think she got burned or hurt in the explosion was how it seemed to me. Jack got shot.

    Yeah I remember Jack getting shot. But When Em’s pulled Faux into the raft she was holding her stomach. I guess it could have been from when the boat exploded..She was pretty bad ass the last couple episodes.

    I am still pretty pissed we have to wait 3 weeks for the show to be on again!

    I was very sad to see Fauxmanda die, but I was fully expecting she and Nate to be the ones to go down with the boat. I hated her in season one, but I began to love her this season. Strong, bad ass women on television shows are rare, and \Revenge\ had three (Victoria, Emily, Fauxmanda), and it was really enjoyable to me to see how they played off of each other and showed three very different approaches to the same thing – being ruthless when it comes to revenge and protecting their families (or the memory of them, in Emily’s case). Victoria is the perfect ice queen with goons (I love that she killed Helen by herself, though, showing how ferocious she can be without a checkbook and a thug), Emily is the calculated, almost sociopathic master of faking nice and being a bad ass in disguise, and Fauxmanda was the perfect foil for both of them. She was reckless and loud and did not try to perform like the other two, making her confrontations with Victoria awesome and leaving us wondering if Emily involving her in anything would make things worse or better. I’ll miss her in-your-face unpredictability. I like that Helen was a strong, powerful woman, but Victoria shooting her was one of my favorite scenes from the entire series. I still don’t trust Padma, and I wish she, Ashley, Declan, and Charlotte would have been on the boat (and that Jack would have gone down with it). Everybody watches for the scenes with Victoria, Emily, Conrad, Nolan, and Daniel. The others just take away screen time from better characters. I still don’t understand why Ashley is even on the show, unless they have major plans for her down the road with that hooker thing. I wish she had been on that plane somehow and they had kept Lydia, if a slut who trades barbs with Victoria is now her purpose. She’s no match.
