The CW has ordered up more episodes of One Tree Hill and Veronica Mars, but the big renewal news this morning is that E! has ordered up a new season of The Girls Next Door, the “reality” series that which takes us along for the ride with Hugh Hefner and his trio of salaried party girl girlfriends.

The announcement comes with news that Hef’s “number two” Playboy blonde is about to tell us more than most of us need to know on a new DVD…bridget.jpgThis will be the third go-around for Playboy’s Viagra poster boy and his young brainy blonde beauties. Once again, the series will revolve around their lives and adventures in and around the Playboy Mansion, where they all live and play.

Girls has been very good to E! The premiere of season two over the summer was network’s highest-rated original program since 2003. Girls 3 should debut in the Spring.

The girl next door is one of many women who share their intimate stories in My First Time, a collection of episodes from the first season of the Showtime reality series that lit up late nights a few years ago (not to be confused with the TV Land show that stole the name).

Is that a nip slip on the chick in black? Cause if it is I feel like dirty old man for being the only person to notice.
