In jail… out of jail… back to jail…

This is getting silly.

Is it about time for that pardon from the Governator?

What do you think about this Paris Hilton mess?

We think…
…we want your thoughts.

A pardon from the governor? I’m sorry but what a ridiculous idea. Criminals (yes, being convicted of a crime does make you a criminal) would love to have the Governor intervene on each of their cases yet they can’t. So why then should she? Because she is a celebrity?

Anyway, I could care less about her but my fascination in the case is the preferential treatment to celebrities. And I don’t blame her on this. She did her job by going to jail and acting up until she got the attention she required. But the real investigation here should be why Sheriff Baca was allowed to even interfere in the matter.

His involvement has really made this situation much more controversial and annoying for the public. They really need to find out why he acted the way he did and figure out if there was anything questionable going on like bribes, trades or even celebrity infatuation.

Whatever it is then this is a story that never should have existed. But that being said, LETTING HER GO IS NOT THE ANSWER and anyone who thinks it is should try to imagine a loved one getting in a car wreck with a drunk. We’re lucky it never happened but unless you teach these people a lesson they will never learn.

This punishment is not cruel. It’s fair and warranted. Do I think Paris Hilton is a bad person? Not necessarily. Do I think she’s an idiot? Yes, and she needs to understand that what she did is wrong and why it’s wrong. This is probably the first time that crying hasn’t got her her way in the end. I applaud the judge for not taking any of her crap. Spoiled selfish bitch.

And SHAME on her mother! If my child were to be sent to jail for this case, I would still love them, since it doesn’t make them a bad person, but they did something bad and now they need to be punished. It’s like sending your child to your room. Kathy Hilton has obviously given her children everything they want and for that, SHE should be locked up too. It’s brats like Paris that are causing a whole new wave of ignorance. She’s a bad example and needs to be made an example of.
