The incredibly-expanding Nicole Richie today got one more postponement of her trial on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. But the judge says this is it, and she’s got to face the music on July 11th.

Nicole will face trial in connection with her arrest last December for driving the wrong way on a busy Los Angeles freeway. Allegedly. Police say she failed a sobriety test and told them she was running on a mix of pot and Vicodin.

While co-star Paris Hilton sweats out the rest of her three week and two-day sentence, Nicole faces up to 90 days because she’s been pinched for drunk driving before. But would the judge throw a pregnant reality TV star and celebutard in jail? That belly bump Nicole’s been sporting could come in handy.In any case, it’s hard to imagine sometimes that Nicole is 25 and Paris is all of 26. These girls are too old for this nonsense.

Motherhood will do Nicole some good. Just look at what it’s done for Britney.
