Meanwhile, Blowsie tells us that yes, ideally she would have gotten the roasting done today but there just wasn’t time in her busy fucking off and fondling scallops agenda. It doesn’t matter, she tells us, she’s confident she can get it done tomorrow. That’s just how she cooks, she doesn’t rush things.
I suck, what can I say?
Stoner knows that they don’t have time to work out the kinks in this situation; they only have one chance to get it right. It’s gonna come down to service and the flow of the tickets. And perhaps a little sabotage.
That night at Salivate Apts the chefs unwind after a long day. McBitchyson’s received a drawing from her kid and talks about how much she misses him. She says leaving him is the hardest thing she’s ever done in her life and she feels like he thinks she just left him.
Which I did and sometimes I think about never going back. Does that make me a bad mom?
She tells us what every reality show mom does; she did this to try and make a better life for her family. Gee, I’ve never heard that one before. I bet she’s not here to make friends either.
The girls have a meeting about service tomorrow and Top Model says she wants to do the food to order. Blowsie thinks this is a bad idea and that they should do some food ahead of time. Except she doesn’t tell her team leader this, she tells the guys instead. Have I mentioned yet how much I hate this bitch?
I don’t get that
The next arrives and Stoner is ready for game day. He never would have thought he’s be the executive chef in restaurant wars, but he’s got his warrior face on today; he is ready to battle it out. He tells his team that they’ve got the Menehune spirit today. Plus he’s got plenty of weed to spare.
Stachey says they’ve got to get everything done now because once service starts it’s going to be balls to the wall. That’s an interesting design concept.
Over in Top Model’s kitchen, McBitchyson wishes they had another hour. Lizzie Borden is working on the first course which she tells us is a charcuterie course. Blowsie is making Blowsontaste, a lovely seafood soup that’ll be sure to have lots of flavor from those roasted bones.
Top Model is handling the third course which will be a play on beef bourguignon, then McBitchyson is making a cheese course and Top Model is finishing it out with dessert and a play on a macaroon and a macaron. Top Model knows that if her concept is done perfectly she can definitely win.
I don’t do perfect; I just don’t cook that way
