There isn’t anything else on tonight except LOST, starting at 8pm on ABC with a recap of the last 4 season, focusing on the “Oceanic 6″. THEN, at 9pm, we have the 2-hr season premiere!!! For those of you ‘Jin’ fans, the producers have assured us that, although he was blown up on the freighter, he is a regular cast member & we will see alot of him this season. I can’t wait to see Jack & Ben carrying Locke around, ala Weekend at Bernie’s style! I’ll be watching. Why would you want to watch anything else?

Ok, OK!! There are other things on & I guess I have to tell you what they are………

The series premiere of Lie To Me airs tonight on Fox at 9pm. Another ‘movie star’ gets his own TV show. This time it’s Tim Roth (Reservoir Dogs) and he’s an expert at reading body language & facial expressions. So he can tell if you are lying like a rug! People hire him for just that reason. Smells like a The Mentalist clone to me.

American Idol precedes this new show at 8pm. The judges go to Louisville for many more auditions.

CBS has it’s usual Wednesday night line-up with new episodes:

The New Adventures of Old Christine at 8pm.

Gary Unmarried at 8:30pm.

Criminal Minds at 9pm.

CSI: NY at 10pm.

NBC has nothing worth watching at all, but I will list them, just to be fair:

Knight Rider at 8pm.

Law & Order: SVU (repeat) at 9pm.

Law & Order at 10pm.

The CW has a NEW 13: Fear is Real at 8pm, followed by a repeat of 90210 at 9pm.

Top Chef: New York on BRAVO at 10pm has one of my favorite challenges tonight. Restaurant Wars!!! The cheftestants have to design the perfect restaurant. The guest judge will be restauranteer Stephen Starr. (I wish it would have been Rocco).

There are New episodes of:

Damages on FX at 10pm.

Real World: Brooklyn on MTV at 10pm.

Ghosthunters International on SCIFI at 9pm.

….. & Man v. Food on TRAVEL at 10pm has our man trying to get on the “Phall of Fame” at NYC’s Bricklane Curry House by eating their famous “excruciatingly hot” dish. Can he do it?
