WHIP IT! Whip it Good!

Animal Planet is premiering it new series Jockeys tonight at 9pm. The show will follow the lives of these often unappreciated athletes, from Mike Smith, a veteran with the Kentucky Derby & Preakness under his belt to young & beautiful Chantel Sutherland who has won 124 races in one season.
See what else is on tonight after the jump……….

Friday’s aren’t the best for TV viewing. Networks seem to think that nobody stays home, but in these financial times, it’s usually best to stay in. There are some good shows on tonight & I’ve found them for you. Here they are:

ABC has Wife Swap at 8pm. A slack-ass mom trades with a hard-nose who expects perfection from her kids. That’s definitely me, the slack-ass, that is.

At 9pm, it’s Supernanny & she has her biggest challenge yet. It’s a family with 10 monsters raising havoc & mom’s on the verge of a nervous breakdown. This show is so much like The Dog Whisperer (which is on NGC tonight at 8pm) that it should be called The Brat Whisperer.

20/20 at 10pm is the one I’m watching. It’s about former Power Ranger, Skylar DeLeon & his trial for the murder of an older couple on their yacht. He & 2 friends took a ride with the couple out to sea, under the ruse that they were interested in buying the boat. They then proceeded to beat the couple, tie them to the anchor & heave them overboard. How awful is that. Tonight’s show focuses on the case & whether or not DeLeon will get the death penalty. I say, tie him to an anchor & pitch him into the ocean.

CBS has a new episode of my new favorite show, The Ghost Whisperer at 8pm. Our lovely, doe-eyed princess must deal with the ghost of an overbearing mom tonight. This is a little scary. That could be me someday. I know I’m coming back to haunt my kids. I’m not done with them yet.

Flashpoint, CBS’s new series follows at 9pm, with NUMB3RS finishing out the night at 10pm.

NBC has a new Howie Do It at 8pm & a repeat at 8:30pm. I still think this show is awful & have given it every chance to get better. No more. I will not waste space on my dvr for it anymore.

There is a new episode of Friday Night Lights at 9pm. Tyra gets a new boyfriend & Tami tries to butter up the superintendent. Small town drama at it’s best.

Dateline rfollows with more murder at 10pm.

FOX has a double night of Cops, one new & one repeat, at 8 & 8:30pm. America’s Most Wanted is new at 9pm.

Class.

The CW has new episodes of Everybody Hates Chris at 8pm. The Game at 8:30pm & 13: Fear is Real at 9pm.

If you want to watch other people scared to death from the safety of your livingroom, then tune-in to Adrenaline Rush Hour on DSC at 9pm. Tonight they showcase two guys almost getting eaten by a great white shark when he busts into their shark cage. (just like “Jaws”!), a teenager buried alive in an avalanche & a race car driver crashes. That’s entertainment!

E! has a new THS tonight at 9pm. It’s THS: Mario Lopez. Well, what can we say about Mario. Must be they have enough to fill an hour at least. I think he’s a cutie & I voted for him on Dancing With the Stars.

Those dimples will always get my vote.

Don’t forget The Soup with Joel McHale & Lou is on at 10pm tonight on E!.

SCIFI is still counting down to the end of Battlestar Galactica at 10pm. Tonight Adama is held accountable for his actions by Zarek & Gaeta. I’m hoping you BSG fans are enjoying these last few weeks. I’m a sci-fi fan & I’m thinking of watching this show from the beginning on-line. better late than never.

Gaeta

The telephone game has never been so riveting.

TLC has What Not To Wear at 9pm & Toddlers & Tiaras at 10pm.

Your clothes are adorable. Now about that face…

USA is airing new episodes of Monk at 9pm & Psych at 10pm.
