‘Tis the Season!

NBC’s Sunday Night Football begons it’s reign in the #1 spot. The “Top Twenty” coming up next……It’s only the first week of the new fall season & the heavy-hitting shows haven’t premiered yet, especially CBS’ line-up. NBC is enjoying it’s time in the sun with three shows at the top of the list. America’s Got Talent will soon be gone, with it’s finale airing tonight, & CBS will step in. ABC, which didn’t even make a showing this week, will also have it’s new shows airing next week too. So the tide is definitely going to change for NBC. It will be interesting to see just how The Jay Leno Show does. Was NBC’s bold move brilliant or a disaster? Time will tell. By the way, overnight ratings for Leno’s Monday night premiere show were great, with 18.4 mil tuning in to see just what he had to offer.

The CW’s primetime premiere week didn’t make the list, but Vampire Diaries came in at #26 with 2.7million viewers. FOX’ King of the Hill series finale had 3.9 million tuning in to say farewell.
