We’ve got some real hot programs on tonight. Let’s JUMP to it……….

Toolacademy Cast

The Tool Shed

“Tool Academy” premieres on VH1 tonight at 10pm. This reality show targets those mindless manwhores who think they’re God’s gift to women. You know the type. This is how VH1 describes them. “It’s a new, jerk-tastic series wherein 9 of the worst boyfriends ever, are sent to relationship school to try to mend their rotten ways.” These conceited male bitches are lured to the Academy under the assumption they are competing for the title of “Mr. Awesome”. It’s about time these worthless men got some airtime. I’m sure they’ll love it & so will we.

The 7th season premiere (again!) of “24″ is on Fox is at 8pm. This is a 2-hour special night for the show and the second two hour episode of the four hour premiere will be on tomorrow night. It will settle into its regular Tuesday night time slot at 9pm on 1/19. Jack, is on trial in Washington DC. Will this be resolved in 24 hrs?

NBC has the “66th Annual Golden Globe Awards” beginning at 7pm with Red Carpet coverage & the awards show starting at 8pm. For more details, see my post “Too Many Golden Boys!” in Newsgasm.

ABC has all NEW episodes of it’s Sunday night line-up:

“America’s Funniest Home Videos” at 7pm.

“Extreme Make-over: Home Edition” at 8pm.

“Desperate Housewives” at 9pm.

“Brothers & Sisters” at 10pm. Sally Field is nominated for a Golden Globe tonight.

CBS may run late tonight with it’s Chargers v Steelers play-off game. They have decided to air “60 Minutes” at 8pm, just in case. All-new episodes of “Cold Case” at 9pm & “The Unit” at 10pm.

The CW is airing the movie classic “Carrie” (1976) with Sissy Spacek.

VH1 has a NEW episode of “Confessions of a Teen Idol” at 8pm, followed by my new favorite show, “Rock of Love Bus” at 9pm. I’m really loving these new skanks trying to live on buses together. The outrageous, loud-mouthed skanks are on the pink bus & the more demure, self-righteous bitches are on the blue bus. Bret had a good idea with the separate buses. He has a bus all to himself so he can get some peace & quiet. This show is followed by the premiere of “Tool Academy” at 10pm, which I described earlier.

NGC has new & different shows on tonight:

“Lockdown” at 8pm.

“Inside the Black Panthers” at 9pm.

“American Nazis” at 10pm.

Sounds like a totally diverse & cultural evening. A look at the lifestyles of the KKK would really round out the evening. Maybe next week.

APL is having an other “Frenzy” night. Lions, Crocodiles, & Bears. OH MY!!!

“Crocodile Feeding Frenzy” at 8pm.

“Lion Feeding Frenzy” at 9pm.

“Bear Feeding Frenzy” at 10pm.

FOOD Network has “The Ultimate Recipe Showdown” on tonight at 9pm. Four home cooks will compete for a cash prize of $10,000 and have have their winning burger recipe put on the TGIF Restautant menu. How awesome is that!

For MOVIES, I suggest:

TCM:

“Niagara” at 8pm. (1953-classic) Marilyn Monroe

“The Long, Long Trailer” at 10pm. (1954) Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz

FMC:

“The Rose” at 10pm. (1979) Bette Midler

That’s about it kids. I’ll be watching the Golden Globes & recording all the trashy VH1 shows for later.

“LOST” Countdown……. 10 DAYS!!!!

love
