There is one ‘series premiere’ tonight on TLC. Toddlers & Tiaras, at 10pm, gives us a look at child beauty pageants & the things going on to prepare these little girls for that “big moment”. The series opener is at the Universal Royalty National Pageant. (Try not to think of Jon-Benet.)

DSC has 2 episodes of Dirty Jobs at 8 & 9pm. Our hero, Mike Rowe, gets to pluck feathers off a goose to make some down comforters. He also gets to harvest some nuts (I’d like to harvest his nuts.) & seal off a mine. I don’t care what he does, as long as he has to take off his shirt. Wreakreation Nation follows with a new episode at 10pm.

American Idol, on FOX at 8pm, starts it’s final week of auditions. I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t think we’ve seen our “next American Idol” yet. And do you believe all the rumors that Simon really doesn’t like the new judge, whats-her-name? I think it’s bullshit. Well, at least next week they will be getting down to business. Don’t forget, they’ve brought back the ‘wild card’. The judges will get to pick someone who was looked over & bring them back. Check out our AI recaps, the best of the best.

ABC has Homeland Security USA at 8pm. They’re busy busting all those suspicious people at airports & borders.

There are two episodes of Scrubs at 9 & 9:30pm. The big news is that Elmo, The Grouch & Grover are all guest stars on the 9pm show! They are going to help JD teach compassion for his stupid show, in hopes it won’t get cancelled again.

Primetime: What Would You Do?, at 10pm, focuses it’s hidden camera on a store clerk who steals from the blind, people stealing stuff at an open house & some wedding crashers. Have they been following my family around?

“Dude, go back before you ruin your career!”

CBS is airing a new episode of NCIS at 8pm, but has opted to air a repeat of The Mentalist at 9pm. A new Without a Trace follows at 10pm.

The Biggest Loser: Couples, on NBC at 8pm, is focusing on the Super Bowl & the crap you stuff your face with during the game. Chef Stone tells the Losers what they should be eating instead of beer & wings. Probably “near beer” & wing-shaped tofu.

Then this NFL quarterback, Kurt Warner, makes these poor people do frickin’ football drills! I’d quit. The losers who lost come back for a weigh-in, to see if they’re back to eating real food. There is just too much pressure. I can’t watch the torture! Give us fatties a break, will ya.

OXYGEN has a new episode of Bad Girls Club 3 at 10pm. Kayla is gone & the Ambers are getting ready for the new bad-ass skank, Ashley, to come to the house & play. When she gets there the bitches are bitches to her. That’s okay with her though, cuz Joey, from Real World: Hollywood, shows up & they hit it off right away. You go girl!

TNT has a new Leverage at 10pm. Nate (Tim Robbins) apparently falls off the wagon & screws up their job of screwing up a construction company. Hey, construction workers love to drink, so what’s the problem? I was really liking this show & then I was letting it sit on my dvr for a week & eventually deleting it without watching it. Does that mean I don’t like it anymore? Do you do that too? What shows do you sacrifice for the sake of dvr space?

Nip/Tuck
is on FX at 10pm.

Fringe is on FOX at 9pm.

17 Kids & Counting has 2 new episodes on TLC at 9 & 9:30pm.

BRAVO has a new episode of Real Housewives of Orange County at 10pm. Getchen frets about money. Vicki & Jeana go on a road trip. Tamra’s still pouting about mommy & daddy’s split & Lynne throws a cocktail party. Gotta love Lynne!

MTV has Double Shot at Love at 10pm. Vikki & Nikki take the last three standing to Vegas where they “gamble” on love. I think this show needs to be over soon. I’m missing Tila Tequila.

Finally, it’s Chopped, the new reality show on FOOD Network at 10pm. Tonight 3 chef must make a three course meal with a dessert with these ingredients. Avocado, tahini, cantaloupe, pecans, & bran flakes. The winner gets $10,000. The nice thing about this show is that different chefs compete each week with ordinary foods & have to make them look gourmet.

That’s all for today. I’ve got company tonight, so I won’t get to watch a thing! That’s okay though. If it was tomorrow, I’d throw ‘em all out when LOST came on.

love

I wouldn’t be surprised if the rumors about Simon not liking the new judge ARE true. I haven’t heard one person say anything nice about her.

She’s ably demonstrated that she is conceited, pushy, egocentric and inexplicably insecure — what’s to like?!

You want to harvest Mike Rowe’s nuts! hahahha! Me too! I love him. I’ll be watching Bad Girls, in case anyone was wondering…

Oh and Donna until that last one you could have been talking about Simon lol. Except I love Simon and the Dio bitch is heinous.

    Love you chooch!
